My deepest thanks and admiration to the Korean People. I am a Yolanda Survivor. I remembered that the Korean Army helped our communities in rebuilding our region. They stayed here for months and helped in reconstructing houses, schools and provided other essential services when we needed them most and before leaving they built a phil-kor friendship park and donated some of their equipments to the local government. Until now we are still benefiting from the help of our korean brothers and sisters. Mabuhay!

Korea helped a lot of countries in war. A lot of countries helped a lot in war yet no one says "oh my country helped your country" what happens is the countries who got help repay the country. U don't brag about that. Even if you don't brag Korea to this day is thankful and helps the ph out. I don't get why u need to constantly point that out when no other country does. In the end America asked Filipinos to go. And even in covid Korea helped a lot of filipino veterans. U don't need to say your countries accomplishments. Other countries will see it from u anyways. This is honestly great. But there's actually a fun fact about the economy of the Philippines! Philippines used to be the second largest economy in Asia. Second to Japan. Although the gap is very very large, Philippines used to be a very strong country. This explains why Philippines helped so much on the korean war. Because historically, Philippines was a pretty reliable country. So wtf happened? There's alot of factors why Philippines now became one of the poorest countries. But the biggest factors are geography, geopolitics, bad presidents and of course the biggest of them all, corruption.

Philippines is the second home of South Korean. People got bored of small land mass, stresses 1 main job and 1 part-time in order to survive, expensive household. These stresses and fatigue made South Korean commit suicide. While on the other hand, Philippines is very relaxed country with freedom, and not so costly to live.

The Philippines is a more dangerous country to be killed by robbers than suicide. What's even more absurd is that if there is a family of 10 in the Philippines, only one person works and the rest do not work, and they are attached to and sucking blood from one person who makes money.😂

This might be a key policy for not only Korean businesses to enter the Philippines but the utilization of this policy will still depend on the next administration considering that its election season right here now.

Tell the youth to be responsible enough at wag gayahin ang minset ng magulang na investment ang mga anak para sa pag tanda nila may mag alaga at mag pakain, we should help each to cut that tradition, The youth should know that having a family without decent income can make their children suffered. gaya nitong pandimik marami nag si buntisan, mga iresponsable talaga,, di lang buhay nila ang naialgay sa alanganin pati ang gobyerno.
@moondust23652 жыл бұрын
True?

For Southeast Asian countries to develop further, corruption must be eliminated. The problem is that corrupt governments, business practices that demand bribes, and inconsistent policies delay business investment. Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, etc. dream of becoming developed countries, but they are not realistically hopeful. An economy that relies on FDI investment and OFW, a meager R&D budget, the level of public awareness and the unimproved passport power ranking etc. . In 2030, per capita GDP of more than $30,000 will be the minimum requirement for developed countries. The gap between the rich and the poor is so large that the growth rate is almost impossible. Business investment is determined after thorough research. Conversely, if the income level of developing countries rises, the doors of developed countries will be narrowed. Only countries that create and invest in companies that can compete in the world and do not rely on resources can achieve this goal.

I am an American living in the Philippines and I have several Korean friends living in the Philippines also. These Koreans often tell me why they like Philippines. Some of those reasons are... - They remember how the Philippines sent soldiers to their country to help fight against the communists in North Korea and China who were trying to take control of South Korea. - The Filipinos are so warm and friendly to them. - They can speak English to the Filipinos. - Their country is too busy and stressful but they enjoy the more relaxed and slow pace of life in the Philippines. - Many want to leave their country because they are worried about another war with North Korea. - They want to get away from the extreme cold weather of South Korea.

Regardless of whichever political leader takes over, they are legally obligated to finish the current and planned infrastructure projects. The Philippines also has the perfect "young" demographic for work: The average age of a Filipino as of this comment is 25 years old. Filipino workers are internationally marketable since we're multilingual in English and other Filipino/world languages.
