Industrial development, gold refineries will not matter. Gurgaon sale nahi ho raha to you guys have started piching sohna sohna. Benefit tab hota jab sohna kafi reasonable hota. In todays time har jagah price zada hai, so price correction/stabilisation hoga for the next 5 years. You cannot compair yahan 10k mai available hai to its better.
