I am not quite sure why Mindvalley always uses overpowering background music in all of their videos. So difficult to listen and receive their messages. Jeffrey has great information to share and great soothing voice he doesn’t need this dreadfully repetitious sound louder than his voice. Please consider tuning down the hype so his message could be received with peaceful frequencies. I tested few speaker options to tone it down but it felt like I am listening two buzzing radio stations simultaneously. It’s nothing, that good sound technician with good hearing couldn’t fix. Very grateful to Jeffrey. Thank you.

Yes, dreadful overpowering music. Did we have background music in school? Hell no!

I so concure, felt it happening in the last few weeks leading up to now. I'm embracing it, and trusting the process and growing into something so beautiful which will be of substance not just for me but others. Thank you for sharing 🙏📿🎑🎐🎋

It's just good to see your face and hear your voice. I, as always, enjoy hearing your point of view and find it profoundly useful. the concept of uphill/downhill experience on a personal quest resonates within me. The image I get is one of peeling an onion. One layer off .. one more layer underneath. I see this as a metaphor for spiritual journey. We face the whole onion .. 'the beginning'. We start peeling back .. the work .. the 'difficulty' .. the uphill. With enough momentum we eventually peel back a layer. We were ready .. did the work .. and now see things in a different way .. and this effects our entire experience of life. "The downhill". Now comes the part that I needed the most. To understand that when I finish one layer .. there is another one underneath .. and I will start peeling it when I am ready. Probably about the same time I slow from the rush of experience that came when I finished peeling the first .. or previous layer. Then it feels like .. 'work' again. "like drudgery' .. like losing ground. It took me years to begin to understand this is part of my process. And only in the past few years have I considered embracing it. And only in the past few weeks have I made a chance to actually do this. I'll tell you how it turns out.

There are people Born for being highly intuitive and easy to open their conscious. There are people has to take their time and more effort to get there, because they might had more child Trauma or differently due of mental blockage. Which is the other way to answer Jeffery’s own question: why some will show quicker and easier progress and some are slower. Every field has some people are supper talented , some are more on the average level. I guess this is the way universe set up for us. So let go of the control and ego to need to be the best, do what you can do, how much you can do in you.

Remember that the fool is the one who speaks longest and loudest, so be careful not to follow that voice of resistance. Best thing you can do is monitor where your influence is coming from, is it media brainwashing and negative friends or positive input that builds you up instead and makes you feel worthy. Pray and or meditate for guidance and you will have the help you need to stay on the right path. Blessings to all. 🙏
