Shame on all the comments calling them weird or creepy. Maybe this was their first time seeing a horse. Looks like they were trying to figure out the reins/bit, with the horse moving it’s tongue around. Stop being so judge mental, when a person may not act according to your definition. What if he had autism? You don’t know, but quick to judge, shame on you, showing your TRUE CHARACTER.
