But others do. And to an increasing number. Non Native people are starting to support as well. My almost nine year old son walks through the front doors at school every morning wearing his long hair proudly. His braid shown proudly, a strong statement of resilience and connection to himself and his ancestors and traditions. He has overwhelming support from his teachers and peers, and often will educate others about the importance if his hair and his traditions. These are things deaf ears cannot shut out. I always teach my children to honor the earth, to protect her, to love her back. She will do the same for you. Love 💛

And i like the way he got cut off, when he started to talk about water. People pollute the water, they want clean drinkable water from the government , through pipes . The pipes are leaching toxins into the water, besides the garbage thats removed and more toxins, before being pumped to the houses. Has anyone notice, how many , creeks, marshes and swamps that are drying up?
