What is the best way to convert gains from power training (Olympic Lifts, Back Squats, Pylometrics...) into your swing mechanics?

I dunno. Right now im just studying the mechanics for pitching. Im going to start working on them alot more when my shoulderblade injury heals.

Can you convert slow twitch muscle to quick twitch muscle or do you just build more quick twitch muscle on top of your slower twitch strength?

My hips have a little bit of that duck thing going on. When i pushed them in for pitching my mechanics where way better so im gonna have to start working out.

Are exercises like ladders or jump rope beneficial to incorporate with your strength/power/ Olympic workout split?
