Sir reason for this much of vacancy is following. 1) In another 4 months we have 2022 NEEt is due. Hence students can think that they have one more chance in this year 2) Fees is so high 3) This year so many collages newly opened . . Hence students and parents think that they can very well get a chance in govt collages if they do well in this year NEEt. 5) if we see NEEt trend , year on year repeaters are increasing. Even in NEET 2021 70% of repeaters got seats. Hence parents thinking that if the students put little bit effort they will easily get seat either in govt or self collage. 6) in my opinion this kind of situation is required for deemed universities. Then only they will reduce fees in coming years.
