Yeah, tbh I thought that was the whole point of Gojo's finale which is what perplexed me about everyone's anger about it. In Gojo's dream he's even surrounded by those he loves and cares about, and of course finishes by saying someone else will teach Sukuna what love is. It's kind of standard shounen, selling the idea that love and friendship will win the day over strength and isolation. Though it's taken quite some time, we even see how Gege perfectly cooked up this battle to represent those ideals. Sukuna has relied solely on his own selfishness and strength to overcome the odds. Using Megumi as a meat shield and stealing his technique primarily and hindering himself with Binding Vows; ironically the one thing that saved his ass from Kashimo and Higuruma was an item he received from someone who loved him lol. Then there's the gang, who as a collection, have broken down Sukuna piece by piece by working together. Gojo taking his RCT, Ten Shadows, and DE; Hakari taking his simp; Kashimo forcing his true form; Higuruma taking away Kamitoke; Yuta taking away his arms, stomach chants, and just fucking him up; Maki taking his heart and depleting his output further; then of course Yuji just cementing the loss of his RCT like Gojo. Now Sukuna is on the ropes just further neutering himself with Binding Vows because it's all he has left. Man is getting cooked by the friends we made along the way.

But Sukuna tells Kashimo that you cant have both and that power is superior to love so you shouldnt need to want love when youre powerful - its foolish to him and he says theyre selfish/greedy for wanting it that way this also relates to previously established themes in the story - the weak flock together , therefor the strong must stand alone Yuji and Yuta are the anti thesis to sukunas philosphy and theyre gojos students - so gojo is creating the world he wanted but he cant ever live in it Also, the characters that are destined to survive this series no matter what as long as gojos ideal exist are - Maki, yuji, yuta and hakari - as they directly oppose the views of jujutsu society

I agree with most things in this video but what I dont agree with is Megumis position in all this, but I do not hate him as he is a very intresting character. If you dig deeper into him you realise that Megumi is extremly weak and destined to be weak, unlike all the other heavy hitters and basically everyone with strengh in jjk Megumi never wanted to be sorcerer. He is distincly different from all other because he was forced into this life he never wanted, because of his sister and Gojo, which never meant he could achieve unwanted strenght. So he never really had the true motivation to be strong, he wasn't build for this and just because of this he failed hard. This is even kinda of messed up for him, as he lost his dog, his sister, his fathers and he even got eaten alive by Sukuna, he was destined to fail.

To explain why gojo never stood a chance against sukuna in shinjuku is fairly simple, if sukuna never had ten shadows he wouldn't get intentionally hit by gojos attacks to begin with as he was transferring it to mahoraga to adapt to it and later to megumi, if he wasn't in megumis body he wouldn't let himself get hurt, plus gojo has no chance of winning a domain clash to begin with and infinity can be bypassed using simple domain which sukuna used in the fight, which still leaves sukuna not using fire arrow, gojo would still suffer from the brain dmg due to overuse of rct to heal himself from the slashes whereas sukuna wouldn't as he wouldn't get hit by infinite void and gojos punches so no major dmg to heal, sukuna has more ce than gojo so it would be an endurance match for gojo, thus his words in afterlife that he still would've lost if sukuna didn't have ten shadows

I respect the passion here but I think so many parts of this are wrong. I'm not saying Gojo would win if Sukuna didn't have 10s cus I'm pretty 50/50 on that but a lot of your reasoning here is questionable. For example, Sukuna having more CE than Gojo is totally irrelevant since Gojo has the 6eyes. Also, just because Sukuna benefitted from being hit from Gojo's attacks does not mean it was deliberate. You can see proof of this when Sukuna used amplification to block a red, subsequently preventing Mahoraga from adapting to it. Sukuna judged the damage a full red would do as not worth the adaptation, was unable to dodge so resorted to domain amp and then got hit by it circling round followed by a Black Flash which literally knocked him out. Also simple domain can't beat Gojo's infinity according to Nanami (253)

Whether Gege realised it or not, Gojo's Infinity isn't actually a problem for Sukuna because it gets deactivated after Gojo's Domain is destroyed. Gojo needed RCT at full output just to survive Sukuna's DE, any substantial damage on top of that, be it Kamutoke, Hitten or Fire Arrow and Gojo is dead. Furthermore, even disregarding the above, Sukuna automatically wins the normal progression of the Domain Clashes without 10 Shadows by having Domain Amplification active at all times as opposed to swapping between Amplification and Adaptation. Keep in mind, Gojo only won his single DE battle due to being 0.01 seconds faster in activating his DE because of damage he inflicted, If Sukuna takes even a little bit less damage (which he would with DA always active) then they draw the 4th DE Battle again and Sukuna kills Gojo during the 5th as Gojo gets brain damage and Sukuna doesn't.

Does any one else see Tengens face in Sukunas domain? I think Kenjaku was the mother that starved Sukuna and that’s where his obsession with a fused being began. He even jokes Tengens form without his star to transfer in reminded him of Sukuna. I think he wants the perfect merger body but Sukuna was too strong so he offered him immortality so he could create a bloodline to revive and house but also weaken Sukuna so he can merge with Tengen and Kenjaku can finally black zetsu him and gain the perfect body. If so that would make Yuji the one to “inherit his will”

if yuji is more modern "cooking", and he uses scissors instead of knives, I feel like the most futuristic method of "furnace" cooking would be microwaves, which uses electro magnetic waves to heat things up, so could yuji potentially use a sort of electricmagnetic radiation arrow? which would be so much more superior to sukunas flame arrow as it literally is electricity and radiation, dare I say a fucking nuke.
