I'm following suzlon from the time they announced debt restructuring, You are right but, not giving complete points why it went up... 1. Last june they sold one of the big assets to focus on main projects. Which for sometime made suzlon pe ratio 2-3. 2. When mr.tanti alive they decided for right issue but tanti died just before right issue and anyway family participated fully on right issue. 3. This reduced debt and suzlon networth turned positive. 4. By this confidence and goverment policy change suzlon got lot of orders recently. 5. To clear more debt and to get more working capital company raised money from qip and big mutual fund houses subscribed. 6. Even some big investors bought suzlon share increased share Holders confidence. 7. So whatever happened the results can be seen only future quarters not in past quarters.
