Thanks so much for this video. I've had a test pop up where my family members talk non stop about politics. The them verses us stuff. Because of the Tao this has been a true test. Result is that I can now filter it out and view the beautiful nature where I live or go to a deserted beach within a mile of where I live and take along walk. I finally feel liberated from world drama. You both have been a part of this thru your wonderful interpretations. Good Journeys Brother.

I hear ya. I eventually had to consciously back away from the social, political & economic fray. Looking back, I can see how much pathology it can create & maintain. I sometimes dream of simpler days. Having a 1950s recreational theme park would be nice. Even potential dramatic events back then had a kind of divine simplicity. =) kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJ-Xh5uhosdngtk

Yes indeed, reactionary restlessness vs being here now. It's a constant battle but maybe one we can "win" by befriending our in-bred tendency to be distracted. Try to recognize it as a socialized habit that can be mitigated with acceptance and time. Solitude, reflection and walking in nature can never go wrong. Thank you guys so much and good luck with your move!

I never understood the people on social media who yell and shout names at someone for being mean. It’s like an identical twin calling their twin, ugly 🤦🏻‍♀️

Love this... It's like a sage has graduated with his her level of consciousness... Like in school they still in grade 3 but their consciousness is of grade 4 already because they've learned lessons they need to but they have to go to school daily enter grade 3 classroom... And so they're just silently at the back of the room, no longer of it but still in it. 😄

If I stay rooted, I’m awkwardly quiet. If I give in to the pressure to speak, I blab with no filter. Alone is best.

Good morning to all✨To be grounded, rooted..to be in a state of simplicity yet aware of the many complications that exist in the world, to be still amidst the racing here and there..the confusion that is felt, seen and heard..is..for me to be grounded, to be rooted solidly is not only of the self..for me but the balance of connectedness, awareness..purpose driven being..my spiritual practice, my soul mission. Detachment or rather not holding onto, not giving power to anything or one that serves disharmony is what allows me to remain rooted, transcending and ascending the “noise”. I may hear this noise, I acknowledge it, and may move along peacefully if that is what it is or I may listen and be with the noise, hold it And shine on this noise if this is what must be..either way I do in stillness, love..roots solid in the nourishing ground, trunk tall and courageous, branches and leaves outstretched to the fresh air and warm sun. I think of this balance with stillness, the unrest and noise of the world, action and inaction is like a beautiful tree so strong from root to branch..still in a storm but not alone as a tree needs the rich soil, the warm sun, rain from the sky..balance..cyclic balance is not the opposite of stillness. 🙏🏼

Of course one of the primary Siddhis is the power to be as heavy or as light as the Yogi desires.

You basically see that other people are captured by some story that is not true. Like drunk people on a party, observing it as a sober person.

They have their "cheat sheets" on the table an than lecture, instead of a spontaneous inter action with each other. If one "knows" why do you need a book to guide you during a video ??
