@@berksterb8475 My general feel of the players is that they are all well-adjusted, per say. However, their social/speaking skills are definitely below average. I think Bwipo gets a lot of props for this, because he can public speak. I do, however, think that it is mainly because most of the other pros cannot articulate full sentences without multiple "um", "like", or other words like that. Not hating, but that's how I feel it is.
@zer0_cool11 ай бұрын
@@imthebestmayne122 Public speaking is hard, it's like number two in most feared things by people so I can't really blame anyone for using filler words speaking, even people who aren't socially awkward have trouble when you shove a camera in their face. It's possible they have below average social skills but it's hard to judge in a public forum like this, what you don't see is all the camera people and staff staring at them.

Finally someone like Bwipo recognizes that Zven is the part of C9's dominant run. I always wonder why Zven had to go. Vulcan was a downgrade
@hikergeoff947611 ай бұрын
Zven support ceiling just wasn't high enough for international. The guy wanted to be an ADC, and there were moments in game where that showed; like flashing skillshots and having Beserker be hit by them. His ceiling was top in LCS, but there's a reason other supports spent zero time studying him.
@claysmith884011 ай бұрын
I wouldn't say dwongrade but theyre very different players and c9 hasnt adjusted. Zven was very good in lane, and he prefered ranged supports which helped lane even more, so berserker was often coming into mid game with kills/plates and taking over. Vulcan doesn't have that, but hes so much better at playing engage and starting fights later. They need to figure out how to play with his style still
@peytonsmith106211 ай бұрын
@@hikergeoff9476 And you think Vulcan makes a difference internationally? Bro what are you even saying? I'm not even a C9 fan but I wouldn't be delusional like you to think that Vulcan does anything better in C9 than Zven. After his days on EG he's been flaming every academy support player coming into LCS when he's a hardstuck engage kind of player. And you think a OTP engage support player can make a difference at Worlds representing our region? lol. C9 doesn't even know their identity up to this point.
@peytonsmith106211 ай бұрын
@@claysmith8840you're right Zven only played range supports but at least *HE KNOWS HOW TO WIN WITH HIS PLAYSTYLE* unlike Vulcan *???* a hardstuck engage support kind of player only relies to his team to win his lane for him? What I like about Zven is he may not be an engage support player but he knows how to make changes for his team with his playstyle. What's Vulcan doing besides jacking off in lane waiting for Blaber to carry him? You're right. If C9 doesn't figure out how to play with Vulcan's playstyle or anyone really they're going to be like Titanic soon enough. I'm not even a fan of C9 but when I heard Jojopyun was replacing Emenes I was happy for them but replacing Zven for Vulcan? Bro literally lost a series against Eyla.

Not just players that can back up what they say, but are happy to say whatever needs to be said. One it creates interest. Two its ultimately only good for the development of players if they learn to speak honestly with each other and tell each other what they are doing wrong... instead of hiding behind a wall of "They might hurt my feelings by being mean".

I absolutely love this show. I think this group was just lopsided. I think bwipo would have been better paired with others, like maybe summit, coreJJ, blaber , or someone who has accomplished some form of success. Essentually someone who is higher on tier list in terms of accolades. Bwipo naturally took over this episode because the young guys really dont have to stand on accomplishment wise compared to bwipo. I think it was just a respect thing. Just felt like this episode was having two different tiers of questions and answers. One set for bwipo and one set for the young guys.
