This is so perfect I just realised I was displaying symptoms of low estrogen and I've been looking for ways to fix it (through diet mostly) I feel like I understand the dynamics of my hormones a little better. Silly this isn't taught in school, every person has hormones and they impact our lives so much they shouldn't be ignored

If you want him to feel happy and content don’t have intercourse everyday. This leads to addictions for men if it’s a daily thing without him connecting to you. And women may become more needy for a man to give her this “happiness”, but for her to feel grounded she needs to depend on other sources e.g friends, doing things for herself e.g pampering herself. So men will become more distant since it takes time for testosterone to rebuild, and women will become more needy if intercourse is done frequently. So the best way to keep the attraction, relationship afloat is to have intercourse once a week.

This is an amazing interview! So much information that I typed 4 pages of notes! He mentioned his partner but I wish he would have told more real stories of his own relationship during lockdown. He married his long-time translator and tour guide from China - Lin Wang - on May 4, 2020 during lockdown and right before this interview but barely mentioned her! It would be fascinating to have him back on to hear about the differences they experience everyday in their marriage - culture, dating, passion, age (she's 30 years younger), and how their kids blend. She is so lucky and he must be too!

So here's is his "professional training l" As a teenager Gray became involved in the Transcendental Meditation (TM) movement and eventually became the personal assistant of TM founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Gray took a vow of celibacy and traveled with the guru for nine years, learning firsthand the necessary attributes of a charismatic leader. Throughout the 1980s he worked as a “spiritual counselor” and conducted relationship seminars. His credentials as a professional psychologist were questionable to some, as he held degrees from the Maharishi International University (from 1995 Maharishi University of Management) in Iowa and obtained his Ph.D. through correspondence courses.

So a depressed man automatically has low testosterone? Does that mean if he were to start to make testosterone he would have the motivation to solve problems and not be depressed? Why are there so many men who are lazy and proud of it? They don't want to solve any problems. What motivates them to ever take action? Genuinely curious.

Men's testosterone on average is less than half of what it was 50 years ago due to environmental factors and diet

Vishen, what John just said that after a woman who is independent and making testosterone, then she needs a mate to help her build estrogen. I don't watch TV or movies, but one time I saw a part of a movie with, I believe Scarlet Johanson or someone who looks like her. She had super powers and she discovered something that was feeding those powers, hence, testosterone. She had some guy, maybe a police officer, that was witnessing all this and helping her. He finally asks her, why do you need me? She says to remind her that she is a woman or something like that. This is what John is saying.

This guy has no biology knowledge, he speaks a lot of nonsense, he is fit to his old age / primitives era where he came from, but we have a lot more knowledge to prove much of what he says is false. His relationship dynamic using hormones to describe it - Gets no answer for same-sex couples or bisexuals... if everything he says is true, then how do you explain feminine and masculine roles in homosexuals? Cause I promise you that - feminine men have plenty of testosterone, that's not a hormonal issue. Don't let this guy fool you, be smart, check his portfolio.
