I love mine. Test drove the typical brands and wasn’t impressed. The price point to features ratio didn’t make sense when testing the typical brands. For the Titan, regardless of trim, you get a 5.6 liter V8. I also use mine as the everyday/family vehicle. 3 kids, 2 car seats. Everyone fits with plenty of space. I could go on and on. I love my Titan, I get compliments all the time. This is the most underrated half ton truck ever made. I understand brand loyalty. Respect on that. But I’ve seen friends switch out of Tundra’s situation and got the 2nd Gen or 2.5 Gen Titans, and they love it. “I should’ve got this sooner!” is what I mostly hear. The heavy steering actually feels nice, it reminds you of the real truck you’re in. And it’s not heavy, it’s hydraulic and that’s what you’re feeling. I’ll stop here. 2017 Platinum Reserve, 71K miles.

I love the Titan and its general simplicity. It’s more like a real pickup without such elaborate electronics as other brands. The one thing I think they missed the boat on is it has too small of gas tank. Let’s face it, the mileage is not very good, and that’s okay. Real trucks don’t generally get good mileage. That’s not how they’re designed. However, when a vehicle does not get good mileage at least make it so it has good range.

I recently purchased a 24 Nissan Titan Pro4x for a large discount along with zero percent financing for 5 years. The paint inside of my hood does match the exterior - white and have had no issues with the tailgate. The screen has worked well for me and it does have Apple wireless and Android is wired, which I have. No biggie since my GX is not wireless and I don't live on the phone. The stereo is very good and the screen is very intuitive. Have used the Tow mode going up hwy 50 as well as going down Hwy 88 and it minimizes shifting when going uphill and holds the gear and speed within reason when going downhill. In addition you can also hit the " - " switch on the shifter if desired to downshift and hold a speed when going downhill, but just holding the brake for a minute seems to do about the same thing. On a 300 mile run from Placerville are to Yerington, NV and back I averaged 19 mpg. Not too bad for a loaded up truck. Time will tell but so far it is a pretty nice driving truck and purchased it with the idea of eventually purchasing a small trailer which this should be more than capable of towing due to the great power band and Tow mode feature. It has been very quiet on the road and the only negative I have seen is that when I had a dirt bike loaded on the back in a receiver mount, it is necessary to disable the sensors initially when starting up or it thinks something is behind you and will auto brake. No biggie once you realize that. Also a light came on the main indicator and for some reason it was the passenger seat that thought there was a passenger there but the sear belt was not connected. That is because I had a couple of bags on the passenger seat beside me. Once I connected the seat belt, the light went out. Overall, it seems like a very nice truck and it has a 5 year 100k mile warranty, which I hope I do not need.

I just purchased a 2023 Nissan Titan SV and have nothing but positives to say about the vehicle. If you knew about the negatives mentioned in this video, why did you buy it? I wanted a 2023 or 2024 Toyota Tundra, but there was no way I was going to pay the over asking prices. After many months of research, I found a 2023 Nissan Titan SV 4x4 with 21K miles in mint condition. It has heated cloth seats, an awesome sound system, lane detection, automatic high beams, Bluetooth technology, a rearview camera, a smart key, automated cruise control, a bed liner, driver-adjustable lumbar support, heated mirrors, a Kicker speaker system, rain-sensing wipers, remote start, running boards, a tow hitch, a universal garage door opener, a WiFi hotspot, and more-all for $36K. And this truck is solid! With all these features, there was no way I could find a Toyota Tundra in this price range. Sure, I could have gone with a Chevrolet Silverado or a Ford F-150, but even then, the prices for a 2023 model with low mileage were still too high. Plus, many U.S. trucks seem to have transmission and air conditioning issues. That said, I am very pleased with the Nissan and can’t really nitpick the vehicle. There will always be something about a vehicle that could use improvement, but overall, the Titan is an excellent choice compared to what other makes offer in this price range.

I got a 2021 Titan Pro4 X. Really love all the amenities. I've had Fords and Chevrolets. Most people have forgotten that those trucks used to be simple. If you got an LT or an XLT, there were certain things that were standard. When you went up to a Lariat, or LTZ, you got upgraded things, still standard for the trim. Then Kingranch or Z71, etc, etc. Not anymore! everything is cost extra to be added now, I mean everything. It's a shame really, but hey, greed is greed.

Too bad there are no very nice dependable trucks out there. No wonder they are discontinuing it. I feel like we are in the 80’s with vehicles being controlled by the government. He was being critical. They are GREAT trucks. With titans it’s not uncommon to go 150k - 200k WITHOUT the need for a major repair. With Ford, Ram, GM it’s pretty much guaranteed. IF you don’t have lifter failure in the GM truck you are most definitely replacing the transmission by 125k. Don’t get me started about Fords Ecoboost cam phasers and the 10R80 trans. Better not let a Hemi idle too much or it’ll die early as well. I currently have a GM 6.2, Ford Coyote and Titan in the garage so I’m not bias.
