I think Adidas nailed it with how comfortable the upper is, imo. The firm midsole gave me good walking sensation the first time I broke them in. First time I’ve felt that level of comfort in a shoe.

The are the most underrated running shoes. I got mine for $68. Unfortunately you can't find them on sale anymore.

I just bought a pair for $50 on adidas website. I had been looking for awhile with no luck but a color way popped up yesterday.

@@GoingTheDistance_Running Adidas is crazy like that. Buy it now or the next day the price will go back up to $120

The SL is hard like a rock. I only start to like it after 400 km. Boston 12 are probably better choice

I prefer stiffness honestly, it makes it more responsive imo

I'm not a high schooler but this video helped me as I've really been debating whether to get an SL or Adios 8..

Preciate your input. Currently wearing Saucony Triumph 21 and need something on a budget. Taking a hard look at this one. Would you recommend for a slightly under-pronating heel striker?

i cannot speak from experience but i would guess they would be ok. my brother overpronates and is also a heel striker and he found them to be ok. the shoe is relatively wide and has a moderate stack height so I do not see any stability issues
