Look at the Dobbs decision. It rendered women in a number of states powerless in reproductive healthcare. If this amendment gets passed, those laws can be challenged as unconstitutional.

I stopped listening halfway through after the narrator used "sex" and "gender" interchangeably several times. This video is horribly confusing since it doesn't distinguish between two entirely different concepts.
