Yep, that's an AC compressor bracket well broken ...might set you back a couple thousand or more dollars there...if you can even find one for sale.

I’m 6’8 and have just been speaking to a guy that’s done a different video on the 355 spider who looked tall and he said he’s 6’6 and was driving it fine. Seat can be modified as well for another couple of inches so we’re all good!!

Just because the engine can spin to 8500 doesn't mean you should spin it that high...legions of 355 owners who commonly drive that way are wrecking valve-guides. Beware of the 50,000 mile used 355s' owned by these "boy-racers" with their bad valve guides...bad driving habits will make for an unaffordable repair cost.

@@minatormyth Go on then, spin your engine into the red everytime you drive your Ferrari & see how long it lasts...Why do you think the "Rev-limiter" was invented? The rev-limiter, ABS, traction-control, stability control, et cetera, were all invented to aid the inexperienced, the foolish, the brutal, the uninformed, the childish...All the current Ferraris have these "aids", & many of these systems cannot be entirely disengaged. The days of "Vroom Vroom sounds of children playing with notions of fast cars are rapidly coming to a close. With heavy AWD Teslas eating up Lamborghinis on the drag-strips & the tracks...an old under-powered 355 is an anachronism at best.

Revving an F355 to 8500+ is driving it the way it was designed. Any lower and you'll never even experience the rpm band it makes peak power. If you want to drive something at diesel revs, buy a diesel, not a Ferrari.

@@IINNTTMMDD88 I owned a 1984 Suzuki GS1150...I hopped onto a friends kitted GSX750 once, everything was fine poking around town, but the power was loaded near the top of the tach, unusable around town....why do you hear these 600s puttering around town tached up past 6K?...so as to be "in the powerband", way too frantic sounding for me just going to the hardware store.

@@AndieBlack13 Sure, though I suspect "going to hardware store" was low on the list of design criteria for both the GSX750 and F355. I wouldn't personally have a problem exploring the upper end of the tach on either of them to complete that task.
