There will be more revelations. Some FIIs pulled money out thinking Indian market considering the valuations will be deflated to a lucrative point so they can get a good entry point. But that did not happen so these are the following things that may be done: 1. Target one or more large houses of India. 2. Target India as an institution as a whole for last 5-10 years. SEBI chief is targeted, next could be some old SEBI or SBI/LIC chiefs. 3. Jeopardize Indian subcontinent and try to destabilize. This may go parallelly too. We may see suddenly all our neighbours becoming more too unstable, talking foul on India. May be I am pushing the India narrative too much but that's what it looks like over last 1 year or so.

I think he is making the point that FIIs are already selling and trust is important for FIIs to come and invest again, which Hindenburg is trying to hamper. So, in near term future, FIIs may not infuse money in the market and by any uncertain event if retail investors panic and stop infusing money through SIPs, then the markets will fall as DIIs + Retailers are the only source of income in the market. Thanks to Soros funded Hindenburg.

Akshat couple of months back advised to invest in HDFC and Kotak. Both went down 5-10%. Whereas investing in so called hype stocks doubled the investment. Now case 1 : 100 Rs invested in HDFC became 90 Rs in an event of market correction will become 80 Rs. Net loss 20% Case 2: 100 Rs invested in hype stocks became 200 Rs in case of correction falls to 130 Rs and we exit. The main reason for this much growth is COVID.. where most of the WFH guys had free time and few started investing. Then the market started growing and everyone started promoting and more promotion equals more funding including basic savings.. It has to come to an upper limit when all public investor money is inside.. then media and everyone start negative news even though it may not be that much negative.. Rich investors will exit and stay with money while poor investors keep on sip to hold it.. It will take 3 months to 1 year for the market to settle... In the mean time, rich investors invest their money in value stocks.. within that 1 year period, public might have saved some money.. so they will start investing again.. The historic cycle continues.. This is the second time I'm seeing the same kind of market growth.. Check the market from 2001 to 2007.. then 2008. The same history happened before Harshad Mehta get caught.. Dot com Bubble.. Modi already shown all his support to business..it also came to a saturation point.. if he wants to support more, then he has to sell India

Then, due to his post content that I saw first time after being new member benifitd me like, (market was showing signs of fall) that seconded my observation- 1. Saved my losses, by avoiding new positions at that time. 2. Could book partial profits. (that I had already started doing) But his opinion seconded to my decisions. I further could exit 10% more positions than earlier. Akshat, just a note regarding your FIIs data. There are two types of data available: FII & DII and MF SEBI & FII SEBI. The FII & DII data is provisional and may change later, while the FII SEBI & MF SEBI data is final. For monthly and yearly data, always use the SEBI data. For daily data, rely on the provisional data, as it is updated after one or two days. In your FII chart, you used provisional data, which is why I'm pointing this out. Cheers.

Either way retailers are gonna be the one who will lose money for blindly trusting any of of these side but If someone with big money taking bets against me, I would surely cut my position to ride with him instead of going against him. He's stating the common sense of buying at discount and selling at premium price which we know since childhood. If you wanna win ride the dragon instead of going against it. Whoever rode the Hindenburg report on monday morning made huge profits in just minutes.

I was told Indian companies are trading at high P/E ratios compared to their parent companies overseas. So the valuation thesis I accept. Why FIIs do not buy midcap stocks explained well. So if one gives a cursory glance at bank stocks it is apparent they are not interested in India. So the markets are going up due to counter party buying of DIIs buoyed up by 5x SIP . When SIP slows down music stops . This coherent analysis is welcome and timely caution to me
