Interesting predictions and comparisons. Way more sensible & useful than the repetitive content that mainstream KZbinrs publish. Keep going!

Think they’ll either keep M1 Air around to justify price increase (since it’s still one of apple’s best-selling) or make a SE model w/ same M1 chip but within new shell.

SE model is an interesting idea, though I feel like they would need to price is even lower than $1000 if they did that, and they probably don't want to enter that market. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

In the UK there's not much of a price difference between the MSI and the ASUS

But there is confirmed rumour That Apple consider MacBook SE 12' inch with M1/M2 @ $ 599 And there Mac mini M3 also same price So This year have could have more entry level Mac option than ever. 😅

I think M1 MacBook Air is replaced by M1 MacBook SE 12" inch. I'm waiting for Mac mini M3 pro

It’s more likely Apple will raise all prices: $1299 for M3 Air 13”, $1499 for Air 15”, $1699 for 14” Pro and so on up….I’m so glad I got my base MacBook Air M2 13” in January 2023 (for around 1330 or 1350 Euros, against Apple’s then 1530 Euros price for my country). I’m holding tight onto it - it’s still fast, snappy and super responsive and the specs are more than enough for my needs. 💻🙂

Raising prices even further could happen! Though with how recently the M3 MacBook Pro came out, it seems unlikely for that model's price to go up at this point. But prices around the world are definitely a lever Apple could use in the name of changing exchange rates. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
