COMMENT what are your dating nonnegotiables? Mine are: they must live a healthy lifestyle, be secure partners (or atleast strive to be), and prioritizes relationships.

@@charlizechiu I would deffo say you'll have to love yourself first before because it can get tiring after a while we you know they're enough but they don't iykwim and set goals for themselves and try to be the best version of themselves, also someone who sees the best in others as well as being able to make me happy and laugh

my non negotiables are: they are ambitious and will work hard towards their goals and have an active lifestyle and are willing to workout or go on hikes with me!

I will never be with anyone unless they can promise to never hurt me on purpose. I can accept accidental hurt due to bluntness, miscommunication or insecurity, but not purposefully belittling the person you claim to love. Also, I will never be in a relationship where I can’t commit to the same standard to them. The second either partner breaks trust and purposely/maliciously and knowingly does harm to me, my career, my pet, my friends or family, etc; the relationship is OVER . Some people think that’s an impossible ask, I disagree. Far too often people think they can take out their frustration with the world by giving the least of them to the people who they know they are loved by, because you feel entitled to their understanding and forgiveness. Love is not an acceptable answer to excuse harm being done to you. If you love me the most that means you should hurt me the least. ALWAYS.

In Dating older since 21, I have realized that younger guys prioritize relationships and older guys do not (they're enjoying fruits of labor). However the flip is that younger women do not prioritize relationships while older women do in the sense they realize you do not have unlimited restarts (they're burnt out on dating while male peers are finally enjoying it)..... The experiences and timelines are not the same. The problem for the youths, you expect too much out of each other in much harder times than the past. You are holding young men to the standers of old men not factoring most males are not financially stable until about 34, and that age number is increasing with inflation. Only demands young people should have of each other is to be good and have goals, you're all struggling and dating was not in the bible, Logically without religion, too many experiences hurt your ability men or women to bond and trust long term. They say Dating is exactly Like Business, and a rule of Business is that giving a customer too many decisions causes analysis paralysis and they can no longer properly decide on one item. Our data on global dating reflects this in a time of more choice and ease of partnering than ever before.

The thing w dating older is your also sacrificing true attraction. Your right older men have higher salary and a home/car/the works, but without attraction you'll just be burned out. Divorce because he loses his job or can no longer afford the lifestyle is extremely common.

Hmm.. I think women know they're dating assholes 90%, they just dont care because the guy that they're dating is super hot and popular. Thats most girls I've ran into and those girls run from being nerdy to being really hot.

i usually never comment but i just wanted to say i used to watch some of your short form videos, and this is the first one of your long videos i've seen and i think i'll keep watching them! i also love that you're encouraging this kind of self-improvement discourse and trying to build that kind of supportive community! lemme go watch one of ur vlogs now :) ps! i hope i phrase this in a constructive way but ur segment from 1:29-1:40 might possibly be a little too long. coming from the perspective of the viewer it might be better if it's mayyybe around 4 seconds and have all the text on at the same time? i also suggest you look into a specific style of this where they commission an artist for this (jasmine le and nicole laeno have this!). i think you have so much potential and im rooting for you

For both genders, people will raise to the standards you set. They get away with what you let them
@SoftDoughboy2 ай бұрын
Sure, but that seems a bit oversimplified. I find a lot of people misinterpret what actually happened in their relationship or misrepresent the person they are dating are actually like. Dating is one area in life where people are encouraged to seek out the bad in people than the good.

thank u so much for this series ur vids have genuinely been so insightful,, i always thought i was closing down my possibilities bcus i cant stand chronic partiers/drinkers and i like to spent time working on myself 😭😭 can u make a vid on how to open up to others/be ur genuine/vulnerable self? i have a difficult time being my authentic self when meeting ppl and in terms of romance i freeze up and act awkward/not like myself

I’ve been single for 13 years, where are the good women at? I don’t ask for much, but the ladies say it’s “too much”….. Being true, honest, faithful, do thinks together, communicate and open each others hearts……that’s too much to ask for in a woman? I’m a fit guy with a six pack stomach and I’m not looking for a overweight woman. Why do so many ladies play weird mental games?? I’m very direct and straight forward.

Everyone should feel entitled when it comes to dating. It’s about wanting the best for yourself and knowing your self worth/ what you can bring to the table, man or woman.
