Tx for the extra pro tip re bar seating! I am often a solo traveler so the bar seating option is a huge plus for me!!! Even with friends, bar seating is fun! No res needed for that. COOL!!

The last time I went to a buffet in Las Vegas was a while back at the Rio, I actually don’t even know if they still have it but that was always our go to. I definitely wanna try the one at the M…. i’m going in about four weeks and maybe my daughter and I will try the bar section at the M buffet since it’ll just be the two of us. Wish us luck if we try we try to get in…👍🏻

I so miss the Studio B buffet at the M Resort. I haven’t been back since the original buffet closed. So many wonderful casinos in town with a lot of things to do. The M is so far from everything else and it lacks things to do other than gamble and eat. I’m a Vegas local.

No way to get in anymore because you have to book 6 months out and you have to wait until midnight Sunday 6 months ahead to even have a chance since they wont take reservstions more than 6 months out. It just isn't worth dealing with that. This buffet just isn't really accessible.

The buffet is definitely tough to get in, we do know friends who have had luck with the the Sunday morning walk-in with no reservations, but that is hit or miss. What's your current favorite Las Vegas buffet?

We went to the Sterling Brunch every time we were in Vegas starting 2000. We miss it so much. Maitre d’ Hilario was the best. 😢 I’d love to try this one sometime if we can ever get a reservation.

I tried it last month and it was not worth it simply because the options are limited and the buffet is small. They are lacking side orders. The Lobsters were too salty and all the meat cuts were all tough.

If you've been cooking and eating as long as we have you can look a dish LOOKS (which is what was said) nicely seasoned and tasting it will determine if you're right or not. Hope that helps. LOL

That, _especially_ in combination with being able to smell herbs/spices is a good indicator of something being nicely seasoned. Like you'd be able to see and smell if a chicken breast was seasoned or not. Pre-tasting, the "nicely" can be in relation to the amount of apparent seasoning that's visible and smelled. After tasting, the "nicely" can describe your personal opinion palate-wise.

$100 a person is not that much expensive, you go to any sit down seafood or steak restaurant on the strip for two people, it is easily over $200, and they are still always packed require reservation, even Wynn or bacchanal buffet are $76 and $80 for dinner
