For the Knicks it's not about teams being nervous of you it's whether or not do teams hate you! Just ask Isiah Thomas and the Pistons of the mid to late 80's. Yeah teams can tremble but if they don't 100% have your respect they can be nervous and still beat you in the playoffs. Yea so the Knicks really arent scaring anyone in the long haul this season. Forget trading for the always injured OG and rewarding him with arguably the leagues worst contract. It is not reasonable to expect him to be healthy all year long and into playoffs. Same with Mitch. Who is his backup Center? Hartenstein was the actual catalyst along with Brunson becoming a superstar. Precious cant guard true big PF and Cs and is a major downgrade if he has to play Center. Julius has wear and tear and he has been hurt for last couple years late in season. Are we also to expect Divencenzo to match a career year? Realistically last years team only made it 2 games further in the playoffs than the year prior. Knicks will be good. But fans are overrating this team
