Man how would you compare this with the Dualsense considering it for a PC?

Well. Quality wise this is as good. Buttons are great. Sticks just as good, maybe better, and great DPad. And it has the Gyro to right stick mapping. That you can do with the DualSense with software too but is not that easy. The thing is that there are games on Windows that really support HD vibration and Adaptive Triggers on the Dualsense. The ones on the Apex 3 are a poor substitute. They work the same, but support to be really adaptive in games is not there. I really love this controller, but the Dualsense is a more sensible option.

Yes. Install de phone app, you can start the process in the test screen.

It works for PC,(no Steam), I play Steam games with my keyboard AND mouse but i want a joystick to play emulators. This controller works in PC without Steam?

Yes it does. It works in every game using XInput.
