Why the South Grand Island Bridge lights are out

I drive over the bridge every morning in the dark. I don't see it as a problem, I'm just a little extra cautious. High beams are unnecessary. Temporary inconvenience, parts have been ordered. I'm confident it won't take a year. I can't wait to hear the complaints once they start removing the Beaver Island overpass.

I hope do lights come back on soon I know somebody who was on the Grand Island Bridge hit a coyote on the bridge and did serious damage to her car.

You do not need hi beams that just makes it more hazardous

Still out. Tax dollars at work. Meanwhile people protest development because they are backwards and slow. The Island needs way way way more development. The Island is a boring and meaningless place, it needs new development everywhere. I personally would like to see a few casinos and many restaurants. Grand Island especially needs way more homes and apartments. I also think the Island needs a hospital of its own.
