Yes. Turned up gives it a better fit and feel.

@@VanillaProd no because these bikes in general are a smaller sized entry level cruiser so you can do a lot with stock components and still be comfortable for all rider heights.

the honda vlx i a bit more beautiful if properly done....but requires cutting and welding...to bad for me, what i got is a magna, not easy to turn into a beautiful bobber....i nearly bought a roadstar, but i think its too heavy.....if i find a good deal on a vstar, ill get one

Yes. You can do a lot to many bikes but requires cutting the frame. Thats why I explained the v star to be best bike to bob out because you can always do back to stock. Check out my other bikes. I’ve done some custom bikes that required frame cutting too!
