@annmhmoore0771 This statement is ironic coming from a group that has a history of academic cheating, especially on the collegic level, falsifying degrees, and using sub-Saharan African Ph.D. grads to write their entire college coursework, especially taking their college entrance exams on their bebehalf and writing their college entrance essays.

Over the past 30 years I have been overqualified for every single job I had. I found out BP usually have the degree but are not allowed to get the experience, while Becky without a degree is groomed for a promotion over you. My advice to young people; start your own business. Do not depend on WP to hire you or grant a promotion no matter how qualified you are.

Yes that is such a familiar story. My last supervisor came to TX from another state to play the amateur golf circuit & ran into a business owner that told him to report to work in the mailroom on Monday. He told him to be sure to learn the trade in low level position so they could promote him in 6 mths. Well he did and went from mailroom to lead in another department and then supervisor over a Latin lady that he learned everything from even though she was there 6 years and he was there 1 yr. I see it in all my jobs that Legacy- Philip speaks is so real. I have to take a drug test and industry exam and them folks was hired on spot start Monday! 🤔

I remember going into a Walmart restroom one day and while doing a very quick scan to see what urinal or stall was available, I saw that the stall had someone in it. The occupant of the stall had his feet pointed towards the stall's door, so that let me know dude was taking a dump. I handled my biz at a urinal and then went to wash my hands. Another brother who was in there had come up to the sink next to me to wash his hands. While washing our hands, the dude who was in the stall walked out of it and then proceeded to walk straight out the restroom. He didn't touch one drop of water nor soap. I said to the brother next to me "Man, that dude just walked out the stall and didn't wash his hands." The brother was like "Man, I'm a truck driver. I see them doing that all the time." Before you ask about the dude from the stall, yes, he's one of them folks.

He had purchased an old Jaguar. I told him NOT to drive that vehicle to work, drive your other vehicle. A white co-worker that he shared office space with spotted him getting out of the Jag, started asking subliminal questions, whole attitude changed, next he was out the door. My daddy warned me about those type of white folks when I was a teen in the 80's. They're still the same then and now. I have been on a job as a general production manager who ran the night shift department. A white guy ran day shift. This guy would always come in the office looking frustrated and when I tell him what I would do to fix or handle a problem, he would take the advice, implement it, and get praise for it from the plant manager. The plant manager would tell me that the guy from day shift had a good idea to increase productivity or whatever, and I would say to myself that I was the one who told this idiot what to do. That happened often until I stopped just giving him advice about anything. He was in so much hot water that he ended up quitting because he had nobody to fall on and his manager was very rough on him.

When the WS on the job start giving you trouble, black people need to study and learn Title VII of the civil rights act. These people could easily be violating your rights and federal law and you should sue. The EEOC is a great way to get the ball rolling. However, it’s very important to document questionable situations, unfair or discriminatory practices, etc. Only report stuff that you know will stick based on facts. That’s the key. And remember, most of the WS get their positions based on nepotism. That’s why so many of them in these positions don’t know nothing and appear dumb because they are definitely clueless.

The US government requires each company that employs (ex:300 employees) to collect data on how many minorities they hire annually. So the companies only need to meet that standard to continue doing business in the US. HOWEVER, they do not keep data on how many minorities they let go of, which allows companies to get away with discrimination. That’s where the EEOC(Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) comes in, if the employee reports it.

My uncle had a good paying job in the early 70’s A brother with 10 years on the job bought a new car. Them folks in management fired him because of it. Pocket watching us is alive and well 😢

I worked for a certain large bank with a red, white & blue logo. In my department just about all the managers, supervisors, group leaders were Black Americans, & it was the worst experience, all under handed weasles😠

I’m so glad Phil mentioned “The 48 Laws of Power”! I was thinking of this before he mentioned it on this video. It is a worthy read. I also suggest Sun Tzu’s “Art of War” and Niccolo Machiavelli’s “The Prince”. These books give you an insight into the white mind and how it works when competing for power and dominance. All of these books are powerful and worthy reads! I’ve read and reread all of these books and each time I learn or bolster what I’ve already learned. 👍🏾
