Sir one of my friend got selected recently and he was also having the same case (he shared his srt responses with me)which you are telling and he was not able to perform in any of the fatta balli tasks also but then the conference went long and various questions were asked but he got selected and in next attempt he got conference out but he is ready to join one of the academy. It means he was a luck chap😃

Things contradict with each other, there is a lot of confusion that how they select candidates, every selector has there own story and sometimes they are total opposite to each other. Nothing is predictable in SSB and nothing is Confirm, 100% workable.

Sir, it means she was low in confidence and having self-doubt then why you were not able to catch these both aspects and in GTO also we perform GPE and other fatta Balli tasks in which our decision making ability is also checked and if a person is having good confidence only then he would be able to perform na There might be a possibility that she crammed that srt’s from somewhere else

Colonel, what's your opinion about SSB Kapurthala incident. I personally feel that this system is not perfect and why don't ssb boards reveal marks obtained by candidates so that one can improve upon the grey areas. See, for the sake of confidentiality you can't brush the marks under the carpet. I feel there is overall transformation required in the system. I was shocked to hear about SSB Kapurthala.

Thanks sir for insight, But how would the girl or any candidate realise, as to where did they really lacked, even if candidates are willing to Improve, how should they decide as to which is the direction she need to move and improve improve things. Give your interview to any retired interviewing officer he can easily make out your weakness and in feedback session you can also ask how to work upon that. This is the easiet way to find out . Choose interviewing officer wisely.
