I contracted Orf - a pox from sheep - back in the 1990s. 10 of us feeding lambs that had come from a sheep farmer who used high levels of antibiotics all got Orf . It cleared up quickly for eight of the group, but myself and another person were not so lucky and we were covered in these horrible white pustules. It looked exactly like small pox. I had it inside my ears and throat as well as all over my body, it was really horrible and I just had to wait for it to go away as my doctor had no idea what to give me. If the details entails that the spread exclude schools or kindergarten as hot-spot, then air is 0% and surface contamination is even higher. So depends on how your analysis is concluded.

as the literal first vaccine was created to fix smallpox, i feel like it’ll be pretty simple to vaccinate mpox- it’s really easy to build an immunity against pox viruses , so something simple like a cowpox/chickenpox vaccine would go a long way (presumably) (I realise this was explained in the video- i wrote this before watching 😭 )

You did not mention that there may be poeple not infecting with mPox because of good immune system. The effectiveness of the vaccination is not proved yet because of missing data (and cases).
