Chizeled my guy, BEAR (Alpha) is not a Piggy clone. BEAR (Alpha) came out in May of 2019 while Piggy released in January 2020, over half a year difference. BEAR (Alpha) existed long before Piggy even released

Im surprised you never mentioned Darkenmoor, this game was such an iconic masterpiece, still has no flaws in terms of gameplay, style and functions. It participated in the Hallows Eve 2018 event and gained mass popularity from there. Its updates were phenomenal but the game was inevitable to die out.

I remember when Ronald first came out. Ronald and piggy were my two best games at the time and maybe a bit of mm2. The Ronald game got popular because of rb battles season 2. It was actually the gold and fun days 😥😭. But anyways everyone moved on until the game hit 0 players then the devs took it down because of copy right sh*t.

Man this really upsets me😭😭not only was bear made before piggy, piggy actually took inspiration from bear. Piggy was originally supposed to be a 2D image of peppa pig which seems pretty familiar….. also bear isnt in the alpha stage anymore, its just became synonymous with the games branding now.

piggy took inspiration from granny just look at the house map book 1 which was supposed to be the only map that the game ever had if you already played granny you would clearly now it comes from granny also yes bear indeed was made before piggy but was made in 2019 while it is a granny type game just like bear but on top of that if you search granny was made in 2017

for your information, bear was the first game to make the "ahh scary killer chases you" trend, the first game dates back to.. 2015?! and the game you just showed was made in 2019, the game that most people are familiar with. there's also BEAR* that released in 2020, same year as piggy did but different dates. the same team who made bear are working on a similar styled game, expected to be released around late July - early August so really, bear was the first game to make the trend, piggy sorta followed up but i think minitoon was VERY *VERY* inspired by Granny. (anchient ahh game where scary grandmother chases you) also i didnt realize that you corrected it but im still commenting this just because its funny

Heres some more info about BEAR (Alpha): - There is a countdown that is in the game and since it is counting down to July 26th, it might be a big update that could bring a lot of players back - Even though the game seems to be dying, it still has a fandom and the game is still thriving even after being abandoned for a whole year in 2021 - it has actually managed to keep a consistent playercount for years, 300-1000 players from 2021-2024 and so on, which is quite impressive - BEAR (Alpha) was made in May 2019 and Piggy was made in January 2020. Bear is NOT a piggy clone, not even bear*. - The developer of the game's two other games (bear* and skengines) have been discontinued meaning bear (alpha) will get more focus before that is discontinued too, as it seems that the lore of bear (alpha) is gonna come to an end soon --- POINTLESS INFO AHEAD - When the games are discontinued, they arent shutdown - The countdown may be the countdown to bear (alpha)'s final update - The game still has (alpha) on it because it helped the games branding

(My opinion) As a Doors fan, I do love the game but I chose Piggy to win the horror game because they are coming back and making new lore to it not only that munition said if Piggy wins best horror. We will get a new chapter that is canon. Kreekcraft also chose Piggy for the same reason.
