This is based on my latest road trip from Delhi to Himachal in September 2021. I visited Sirmaur which is the closest Himachali district to Delhi. I explored a hidden gem called Gattadhar valley which is 350 km away from Delhi (Delhi - Shimla is also 350). Eco-tourism is an art which we all need to learn, as it's a way of exploring and appreciating the nature and all natural things at the same time. "Old is Gold", may it be fashion or the ancient techniques of cooking. The "hamal dista" or the hand grinder is a part of morden kitchen now a days, it not only adds on home asthetics but also is very useful and eco-friendly alternative.
