@Muffins the Cat • 26 years ago Buy Muffle spell when you first start the game. Cast it until you're level 90 Illusion. Then join the College of Winterhold and do the quest to get the Master level Illusion spell. Then just hang around the market around day time and cast Harmony. 6 - 7 times should get you to max your Illusion. You're gonna need a few enchanted gear to reduce the casting cost though since it's a Master level spell.
