Running a similar scheme without the fancy hot routes and I’ve been on a tear lately .. blowing people out .. gotta love it

What formation?

Can you do a video on the simple flat, slant. Or post slant route combos out of this because I feel like a video on just route combos would really help simplify running this formation.

I’ll keep route combos in mind moving forward and really emphasizing their purposes. I’m about to start a series on the Dolphins playbook and they have a few formations very similar to Tight that should be helpful as far as understanding route combos

Thank you I appreciate it. I'll try and highlight what I'm doing on that side of the ball more in upcoming videos. Truthfully I'm probably more knowledgeable on offense but I can definitely share some stuff on defense

Eddy Alvarez masterclass was crazy. Probably that one. Aldo KO and the comeback vs Mendes are up there as well. Possibly a stream today or tomorrow gonna start building a little scheme out of the spread in 49ers PB maybe some MUT champs or Gauntlet

@@BOreilly28 nice, I remember being at Boston pizza for the Eddie fight. My buddy and I went nuts. My personal fav was the Diaz 2 fight because it showed that with the proper preparation he can have a gas tank, and still be a danger later on in the fight. Imo he already beat Aldo before they even got in the cage.

Let's not kid ourself, the reason why it works is bc madden has defense coding horrible, very horrible.
@BOreilly284 ай бұрын
While I agree the zone logic in madden 25 is pretty bad I don't think the reason tight formations are good is purely because of the coding. Lots of teams in the NFL run tight sets because they pose certain problems to the defenses like motioning around to create leverage issues and attacking the whole field from the compressed set. While zones aren't great the football principles that make Tight good are still there
@gamesh0w4life694 ай бұрын
@BOreilly28 I would disagree only since madden again has zone and man coverage coding incorrectly. Doesn't matter if you put tight formations the outcome of the ai in madden you will see them back up to much regardless if you put 0 or 5 or 10,15 25 zone drops. Play inzide or outside 2 the corner backs don't read the 2-1 and when they do they turn their whole body without looking at the ball. And at times animations take over where you throw the ball at a corner route and the ai of the cb picks it off with out looking. Everything ea does is animations base of situations 😒 🙄. Which sucks. In real life though is human interaction not ai interaction is huma error not ai error. You can play the best defense in madden but for some weird reason madden knows the algorithm of the situation and will try to help the other player. Again madden has coding of this game bad.
