Man I wish I could understand more than like 65% of this. 😂 madden 25 is killing me. There should be a difficulty between pro and all pro. I went to to quick play tonight to warm up and I was playing with the lions, against Washington. Got beat 31-17. All pro. 3 min quarters. Went to madden 24, same exact game except all madden and I easily, EASILY win. Getting hit when you throw on 25 is BS. Lbs and dbs in general still jumping crazy high and teleporting to my wrs is still BS. Idk man I guess I just suck. But madden 25 is extremely hard for me on both sides of the ball. I haven’t played online yet but the CPU is almost unstoppable or something. When an offense is running the ball up the middle, I’ll audible my defense to stop it and with like 3 seconds left on the play clock, the cpu offense somehow gets an audible off for a free TD. Every single throw where a QB gets hit while throwing is an incomplete 3 yard knocked out pass. When I went to 24 just to see, I got blitzed heavy. Threw the ball while getting hit but the ball still made it out to my receiver like in real life!! Obviously I had to hurry up and press the button at the very last second but in 25 you can’t do that. It literally is impossible. I hate 25 so far. I’m mostly a MUT player though so we’ll see how I can adapt. Does anyone else feel where I’m coming from at all??? EA sucks dude. Now you can’t juke but you can spin but last year it was the opposite. Why not just equal them out!? There is also way too much motion. Idk…. I just haven’t been able to find anybody on any YT channel or Reddit or anything who understands what I’m saying!!

So just... exploiting broken ai then? Like using 4 verts was for an insane amount of years and even still kind of is. If this is simulation football than I guess I really have lost my mind, because last I checked the NFL doesn't really have "meta" plays. Even stuff like the Tush Push really wasn't something people screamed about for more than a year. A "simulation" football game playing like this competitively is ridiculous.

@SpruceGooseTV the tagline of Madden itself? The "exclusive" simulation NFL football game? Genuinely, as someone who loves football, it is *insane* to me that genius strategy is using 6 broken plays and running in short yardage situations. Instead of it being reading the pre snap, predicting defenses with a healthy mix of both running and passing, and being able to read people like a book, it is running 6 plays over and over again. If Madden was marketed as an arcade game, I would instantly stop caring, but the fact that this is how they represent simulation football is insane to me. Competitive Madden should be as close to reality as possible, a true battle of wits and schemes, not this. It is Madden at it's metaphorical peak, and it's peak isn't smart football, it's exploiting ai.
