WHY TO CHOOSE ARTS STREAM

It is a common myth, among the Indian psyche, that the Arts/Humanities streams is for students who are “not smart enough” for studying either Science or Commerce.
An art is typically considered similar to fine arts. Few Myths Arts is very easy ,Arts is for academically poor students, Arts has no Scope, Only girls take up Arts ,Teaching is the only career option and so on. But the facts are Arts is an Academic & Research oriented field, it is as competitive and challenging as other fields. It is inter-disciplinary in nature and has many options other than Teaching.
