I’m just gonna say you probably might not normally watch troll levels, which is why you’re as impressed as you are with my trolls I can’t explain most of the setups in this level because more than half of the trolls in this level are different denominations of hyperspeed. Hyperspeed itself is an entire spectrum of bill blasters, thwomps, muncher, and other things either warping, vibrating, being yeeted, or even moving at superbly high speeds I really can’t explain hyperspeed or any of its potential on its own, because there’s no way i can or should go into enough detail with just text Therefore, i have an agreeable plan, here’s what i’m gonna do: I’m gonna make and upload an explanation video (which is a creator’s commentary) to my KZbin channel. It will go over each and every troll in as much or as little detail as needed for it. Then, once i have it finished, i’ll link you back to it in another KZbin reply, which will probably just be something “creator’s commentary just dropped, check it out”, and then the link right after that I know this isn’t ideal, but it’s just the best option for me regarding how to explain this level Thank you for interest :D

1:11 I actually did google the cactus before seeing this, because I wondered why it's associated with deserts but not with the Sahara. It turns out that all recognizable cactus species are exclusively from American deserts. I imagined that when they were discovering the new world, it must've been pretty eerie seeing the Saguaro cactus for the first time, just this 10-foot-tall faceless green alien creature standing completely motionless in the distance with its arms raised up. I wish there was more to it, it’s just the same “bullet bill launcher flings up and kills the player” troll 20 times. There’s more to troll levels then just killing the player. They were more traps than trolls, really. It’s as simple put it, it was just trial and error.

​@@stuffedanimalwars7692 I almost agree with this, and yeah it's trial and error, doesn't mean it's the worst level ever, and there is a LOT more to each troll level than trial and error BS but yeah, i have a hard time trying to think of good trolls so i can't do anything to really fix the trolls, outside of the mushroom cheese and the mush softlock i somehow completely overlooked I will be sure to do less hyperspeed and box trolls in the future, and less springs too probably. It's not like you can't make those trolls good but more than half of the level being that is too much I'm gonna assume you also normally enjoy trolls to and are just sending me feedback so i'll take this as just you being slightly salty thanks for the reality check, Stuffed

Thanks for the constructive reply. There truly were some great trolls here; the one at 38:54 with the hidden block getting rid of the mushroom is honestly one of the funniest trolls I’ve seen in a while. Just remember that with trolls there’s more to it than just killing the player, often times I’ve found the most memorable trolls are not the ones where something unexpected kills the player but rather the player themself is partially responsible (not literally, more in a figurative sense like a troll tricking a player to go into a pipe they just came out of only for there to be a skeleton fish on the other side. The player was ultimately the one who went back into the pipe in this scenario). I can imagine with some tips and practice you can become a great troll maker.

That was actually a pretty decent troll level. Fix up that softlock, maybe move the checkpoints to earlier parts and I could see that being sent off to the regular troll level streamers.

I'm not sure a checkpoint could be moved to earlier in the level. You do realized how many moving parts and setups are being done to make sure the level works well, right? The level was most likely made with there being no checkpoints earlier than it already is, and besides, I think the lack of short checkpoints is nice..

@@shlux Yeah, I know moving the checkpoints could be difficult since troll levels are _very_ complicated in their setups, which is why I said maybe. That said, you don't want the player to get too frustrated before getting to a checkpoint. Troll levels are meant to be enjoyed, after all.

level review cause there aren't that many today level 1: i appreciate the amount of challenge they were able to fit in such a small space. rather unremarkable, but i like the idea of making the hardest level you can within a certain size restriction level 2: the clear that should've happened was way cooler than the actual clear, i also felt like it was another take on 1-1 but hella fireballs so it sucks to see that it was a lot closer to visually coherent enemy spam level 3: anyone remember that ceave gaming video where he covered the longest level (in terms of real time spent) that's still technically beatable? this feels like it's competing for that title i really appreciate the shoutouts at 15:08 (get it cause my name in mario maker is cumblastr, very funny haha LOL!!)

I won't lie, I was incredibly fascinated with the "Mario gets tagged" level. It's the most meticulously created troll level I've ever seen, and it seems as though the level keeps you on your toes and makes you guess (and second-guess) what might go wrong next.

Okay so the ad is legitimately important for your health. As a biochemist and long time bup enthuiast who spent a lot of my graduate school so far looking into meibomian gland dysfunction, I can't tell you how important it is that once you wear down your eyes' ability to produce oil for your tear film it is nearly impossible to recover them. In the modern age it's much more difficult to separate yourself from screens but blue-light filtering is a major way to decrease your risk and have your eyes last as long as you live in comfort. If your eyes are regularly dry in the morning or night it's an initial sign of this stuff, so get some blue light filtering lenses or install a blue light filter for your phone at least. It's not as good but it works. Love to y'all

Saw the ad-roll and was interested. For once I had a decent amount of disposable income and interest, so I just placed my order for some GMG Optimizers because I work in a call center on a computer all day, use my phone alot, and game pretty frequently so blue light really affects me.
