Ivan, excellent knowledge you shared. Basic movement is never discussed in judo. I learned by getting killed many times in judo by many people Russians Japanese Koreans other Eastern Europeans also. I eventually found out what to do but wish I had this youtube back then.

Ivan my friend. If I wanted to come to Russia to train with you. What city should I fly to and do you have any recommendations for a place to rent for living. I have been training judo and would love to learn sambo and improve relation between the people of US and Russia.
