I like how Truls Moregard plays, he is not a robotic player, there are lot of that robotic in Europe or in Asia. He is a adaptable player during a match, very smart to play. I think that the Asian player cannot vary during a match due to the coach, am I wrong?

Depends, Chinese player has a set on who focus on what championship for example. And when it’s not your set, they expect you to gather data and may play on the opponents strength so when it mattered they can win. So sometimes it looks like they are not adaptable and keep playing to opponent backhand for example I mean they are just like you and I with full team of professionals behind them, if we are aware of their weakness then they aware of it too, sometimes they just think differently or believe in a system like the above.

Some Bh oriented Chinese players have really poor short game like Liang Jingkun/Lin Gaoyuan.Even Fan Zhendong doesn't have better touch than Ovtcharov.Against Alex Lebrun/Harimoto he won"t have any advantage 'cause they have good touch and better basic technique than him.

@@micheldroguett Ovtcharov's technique is trully horrible tries to compensate for it through gym work.Harimoto destroys him with his serve-receiving game but guys like Fan Zhendong don't have those skills.FZD-Ovtcharov have about the same level of touch which is bang average even by European standards especially of the forehand side.Ovtcharov couldn't beat Ma Lin in a million years,just like Fan couldn't beat Ma Long.

He’d be one of top favorite players if he simply threw the racket the opposite way from his opponents. Like, I understand being frustrated, but don’t direct it towards your opponent.
