I’m literally crying with relief. What you are talking about at 19:49 is exactly what I have been dealing with and felt crazy!!!! You guys are incredible.

I had a really good realisation about this the other day, because I have gone crazy and been hospitalised a few times so I know what it's actually like, and never not once have I ever while in that state of mind had the thought "what I I've gone or am going crazy". Nor do I monitor anything during a psychotic break. The fact that a thought like that shows up means you're not crazy. Not saying to pay attention to it, just that it's an oxymoron.

@@DeavionHolland sometimes it does, sometimes not, it takes practise and also recognise when you're involving yourself to the stories

Been watching horror and psychological thriller movies because I enjoyed them before the anxiety hit as well as going out a lot more in the day. I feel worse physical sensation and fatigue wise but at the same time so much more myself.

I just discovered this channel and app. This is such an immensely valuable discussion. Thanks very much to you both (from Australia).

I work in security and today at work I had to defuse a fight, on my own, and afterwards I remember thinking how it's so true that when you need adrenaline, you don't get scared of it. I said thank you to my adrenaline afterwards for keeping me alert in case I got punched lol

My head is so tense especially around my eyes. I have difficulty keeping them relaxed open. All my facial muscles freeze What is this? I have it chronically 😢I am having difficulty to use my facial muscles to smile. It’s like my whole brain feels frozen and on the other hand empty and without support. But then I also have the headband sensation around my tamples eyes forehead. How to ignor this when I have to keep my eyes open the whole day bit the tension is so strong. I have to figt against it. If I don’t I would have to walk with eyes closed

Intrusive thoughts can be quite the ride! They range from terrifying to utterly bizarre. It's almost like your brain has its own sitcom sometimes. It's funny because some scare the 💩 out of me, and some weird ones make me laugh 😂. Every time I see a bald man, I imagine slapping his head and the sound it would make. It’s so funny to me 😅.
