My tf came back after 18 months of seperation, no contact at all, he left me after 8 weeks I spent the next 12 months with what felt like severe PTSD, I worked on myself so much, I'd already done all the "advised" work I.e. read all the books, meditated before I'd met my tf etc etc because been on this journey b4 I'd met my tf my whole life!! My lesson was in letting go and acceptance. As a divine Feminine we are already awake but there is always more "spirutual" work to do on ourselves!! My dm was in prison most of our separation and in another relationship. The short version of my story is, the obsessive thinking never went away, although of course there were times when it was okay lol My Dm came back like a miracle, against all odds the moment I genuinely let him go, accepted that i would always love him, that I was ok without him, as long as he was happy I was happy, that we would always be together even if we weren't together in the 3d, that we were both ok doing what we needed to do. After 19 months he text saying sorry. We have been back together 3 months now. He has confirmed that he didnt go through what I went through, he never stopped thinking of me though but not in an obsessive way, like on the back burner. All he knew was one day he had to leave his partner and the mess he was in and get in touch with me....turned out he left his partner literally the moment I let him and his partner go with love and acceptance. Also I knew a month before he came back that he was returning, although I didn't really believe it, I was a week out (one more painful lesson in letting go and acceptance)!! It is all in divine timing, keep putting one step in front of the other, live in the moment. If you are really in a tf relationship, you are a divine Feminine then you know the way, it is tough, the hardest thing you will ever do but it's worth it. Work on ego. I believe because of my personal journey that there are different waves of twin flames, some much more awake than others with tougher lessons to learn about humanity, our seperation was particularly brutal for us both in different ways, but we are both massive characters, he embodied the 3d world while I had to learn about accepting the 3d, i was already spirutual'. Anyway df's it gets easier, keep the faith, unconditional love for all, 1st self, our planet needs us more than ever ❤❤❤

Mine keeps checking my social media now. I am trying to release him AGAIN. I did it once before then there was too much outside interferences and I kept getting triggered. I got off that path. I am back to leaving him to his own devices and don’t care what he does, where he goes and who he hooks up with despite the fact we still live together. I want to leave him, but he keeps finding ways to lock me from leaving him. When he is outside working on things, putting wood in outside heater etc,.. I don’t go out there to see what he’s doing or how it’s coming along despite the fact that I know his ho next door gonna try to sneak over from behind his garage so they can do their thing behind his tool boxes in the back corner. Too many triggers.

So we have to find ways to keep our thoughts from thinking about them all the time. I got into that once before, I gotta get back to that again. Have to do the opposite .A whole bunch of tarot readers say all these things you are talking about, about twin flames but they are confusing this info with soulmates. Advising to do this and that, “this could be your twin flame cuz you 2 are past life connection...blah, blah , blah. “ Reach out to your twin flame, heal your childhood trauma, heal and focus on yourself, love yourself then you and your twin can be on same level to come back into Union” They are confusing and giving out false info.

Since viewing his videos from yesterday, I was decide the only way forward in preventing this obsessive thinking, was to focus on the present - no past, no future thinking - whenever my thoughts start to wander - that's like almost every single minute of my waking day !! - I focus on what I am doing , eh: filling the kettle, doing the dishes etc... I just focus and keep repeating what I am doing in the present time .... so far it has helped, I am able to control my mind :) making letting go easier by the minute :)

Absolute torture!!! I thought I was losing my mind! I would literally be on the floor begging and crying for this pain and torture to go away and I was determined to get better! This caused me to dig deep, do research, read, listen to audios, work on self. I couldn’t just talk to anyone about it because they think your crazy or overreacting. They can’t relate. Huntyyyy, I thought I was going to have to check myself in somewhere at one point😂🤦🏽‍♀️. You’ll definitely notice as you awaken, things around you change and flow differently in a unique way. You have a newfound appreciation for life. I’m very grateful for my experience as painful as it has been.

Thankfully the obsessive thoughts stopped! It really feels like the most uncontrollable thing that, without coming along the twin flame material, makes no logical sense. Like Kurt I literal looked up the symptoms of why am I going crazy over a man I could usually easily get over and then up pops twin flames. It was years of non stop thinking about him, seeing him in a lot of dreams(way way more than any one else ever x10), and when I finally would go a few days with out thinking about him, we would always drive by each other. Like the Universe kept teasing me about this person, like this person wants nothing to do with you but you are gonna be made to go insane about him. Like the journey had a lot of benefits internal but boy it is something else.

I felt inside it got to that point where all that crazy stuff no longer benefited me. For a very long time, though it was insane, it kept me on track in its own way to make a lot of positive changes in my life. But it didn't serve me anymore so some how with out even trying it fazed out. It is like Kurt said your twin flame is here to trigger your spiritual awakening. I described it as feeling like a spotlight was shining in my face and every space in my brain was focused on my TF all day and night, every singe second of every single day for about 9 months. It was in the first two months that communication stopped. The obsessive thoughts were utterly crippling. Went on for months!!! Physical and mental upheaval. Until I realized, if I were him (and I am) I’d cut off communication too 😂. That realization brought me back into myself. What do you know, he came back. It took me 1 year to finally stop obsessing about my twin flame quite so much. I don't think there's a single day that goes by where i don't think of him, but it isn't obsessive/needy thoughts or feelings. Just memories or thoughts in general and wondering how he is. This year i decided that nothing changes until i change it, and i stopped chasing him. Ohhhhh now i get why my DM came back so fast. I was thinking of him obsessively for one whole month, it felt like a year to me. I was asking myself why are the days moving by so slowly. Went through the dark knight of the soul and then one day i took time to tell myself i need to work on my business I can’t just stay put like a vegetable because of him. So I start to do my own stuffs slowly each day at a time. Move on talking to others to distract myself and focus on my business. It’s so true. I was a mess !!!! It’s totally indescribably ridiculous. I hadn’t even met him in person at that point. Just on the phone. FT….his voice. I was wrecked. I don’t know how I survived it, that was about 10 years ago. We still come in and out of each other’s lives. He always comes back. I love him unconditionally. Tf journey is just the true spiritual journey. LOL ! I just remember once in the phone. I said….don’t forget about me. He said….oh, I never forget about you….. not ever. That was after 4 years.

I’m in a great place happy and healing…not sure where in the process I am as far as a possible union occurring (I know we may not but I am curious if we are in the process of…) but who knows and I’m not suffering so that’s what matters …I still struggle with obsessive thoughts at times though, that’s the only “issue” sometimes I wish was gone. This is what I’ve come to realize…if I can master this then I’ll have cracked the nut (for me)…I don’t want to block myself from thinking about him that doesn’t work, but I get that when I’m thinking about me snd enjoying and celebrating my life and focusing on that, I am the happiest…I also don’t want to stop feeling his energy all over me and the unconditional love and sexual desire coming from him etc etc…but I do want to stop the obsessive thinking, so…if I can learn to look the other way and get grounded and connected to myself when thinking about HIM and then allow the energy I’m receiving from him to ME I believe I will be in mastery!!!!

Ours was a week, he was going through a separation. I didnt want to be apart of it, but I was miserable. I felt like I was dying. He’s admitted he thinks of me all the time. And wants to talk to me everyday, and make me happy, but then I found out he had a gf. But was still with me. I found out some things over time and would feel rage and have lasted our. He never blocked. But would come suck. Why are they with other people? What is your views on that. I’m more in the learning to surrender and go within. And just be. This has been so messed up. I want it to stop.

But I started thinking that my body is a vessel, the mind the engine to control the vessel and i was the captain in control of it all. Putting in commands as I pleased and something happened. The obsessive thinking is nuts. "Do anything to make it stop" is right. I would get so angry, inwardly yell at my spirit guides, spirit team, god, Akashic librarian or whatever the fuck I heard is out there: "I want out of this contract. I don't know what the fuck this is about or what I agreed to do down here. If there's some kind of mission involved I'll handle it on my own. I don't care if I'll only be at 50% power or whatever, I will do ANYTHING without going through this shit. I'm DONNNNE" I hadn't even realised that I was in a Twin Flame thing at that point. I had heard the term bandied about before, and it always made me cringe. Oh boy... little did I know.

Yep and you think your going crazy, and people think you aren't normal, and you eventually have noone to talk to about it. You start to think you need medication, question your sanity. My family even got me on medication. But you know this has never happened to you before. You can't even live and function from the thinking. This is why Kurt, although I know he does not believe Twin Flames have a destiny, but he is living proof of the opposite. This is his twin flame destiny. He has helped so many people. All I can say is I noticed when I turned inward, I felt a sudden ecstacy a flood of enregy coming my way, call it Kundalini, or whatever but for me I felt it was the reverse of energy coming back into me, finally. Pins and needles, Ecstaty. I think it's what the twin flame community call mirroring. When you turn the love back in on yourself, your twin mirrors ( the polarity is reversed) and sends love back to you. Those holding back from trying Kurt's course, ignore your ego, when the flow of energy comes back into you instead of going out from you to your twin, it's excstasy and also - yipee manifestation time when your energy is on an all time high take advantage of this❤❤❤

I ment mine when I was 14 we're in a relationship on off for five yrs ...got married 3yrs later to someone else but still thought about my twin cos back then didn't understand things just this knowing and sensing when he was near by freaking my mates out ...heard spirit tell me when my son was eight his dad would walk out when he turned 18 which he did 3wks later but the last crazy 12mnths early my dreams and astral dreams was always seeing this twin even felt like we were physical touching thought I was losing it ..ex hub left 2007 ..2010 my bro moved to Thailand and he gave me his laptop so I could talk to my bro on fb cos cheaper within a week I'd had a friend request of my twin that first wk and we've been in touch on off on off 11yrs lol omg when he came back it made me realize my gifts 🤣 am psychic medium x
