I meant to ask, like while you’re aligning if you have any kind of emotion do you just go to the Now/Present? So like no healing, trauma work is necessary? Like I’m wasting time and money on therapy lol? I mean - not gonna lie - just being present/meditation actually does wonders. I hate to say it - but I feel like therapy is very mom and dad focused and idk where I’m getting, if anywhere. The core wound stuff is helpful but like « ok, cool. I went through this exact thing- my awakening was triggered through our meeting. I was in the darkest night ever and it lasted like 2-3 years..not just 6 months. Obsessive thinking, extreme heart break/ crying every day, actual pain in my body, an insannneee amount of synchronicity etc. We slowly talked less and less as time went on, he ran, started a new life, and he never came back. I had your journey too but let go after 3 years and had another 3 intense connections since then... two heavy similar ones that were almost like the same energy and journey reflected in different bodies and one connection that was super super high vibe, said we were twin flames right away and took me into complete bliss harmony and healed illnesses I had. It felt like everyone else was walking ghosts it took me so high in frequency. The others were more of the triggering, pining, dark night of the soul type, mentioned in these videos, the first being the absolute worst. Maybe for some people these heavy ones transition into the one and for others there is someone else the other side. Trust me my high vibe one was 1000000 times more beautiful, in alignment and high frequency connection and my first was exactly how kurt experienced it so just cause you went off one it does not mean you won’t get someone amazing.

Sarah Louise i also have had some intense experiences with other lovers but none quite as intense (thank GOD). Tbh I’m in a connection now that is mirroring the initial one in many ways & that’s what led me to watch twin flame videos again. there are some similarities in 5D communication as well as pain body / emotional triggering occurring for me right now. Also both of us are experiencing tower moments in our lives upon meeting and that sense of things being “turned upside down.” What if some of us are more fragmented than others and we have multiple twin flames? Regardless, the labels don’t really matter to me much anyway.

Michelle Tucker I don’t think I’ll have anything as intense as my first one ever again lol 😂 it was exactly how kurt described it in his video it was like being crushed in a pressure cooker and my soul being pulled out my body and I cried in public for 6 months straight. Sometimes I was so tired and weak I couldn’t get out of bed for days. It was the most insane thing ever. But I don’t care at all about that guy I’ve had intense in other ways since but I can’t imagine anything affecting me to that level my spiritual journey has really come in stages of awakenings. The first time I started doing shadow work, integrating my masculine and my feminine, feeling spiritual connection and bliss within myself, and after letting him go and prayed he'd find happiness with whoever he did he contacted me again. He brought up that he thinks we're twin flames and kept doing things that strongly hinted that he felt the same way but denied it when I brought it up and the runner chaser thing started. BUT there was a moment when it looked like he wanted to say something and didn't. So who knows. Part of what was predicted happened. I'm not expecting anything with him anymore. If it happens, great! Hi Kurt, Is it possible to come across your Twin Flame after you've already been through/going through a Dark Night of the Soul? In other words, it wasn't triggered by them. Another thing. I haven't actually met the person I think may be a TF. I somehow came across them on the internet, which I struggle to believe happened by pure chance. Whether or not it's a TF, I do feel an incredibly deep and soulful connection to them and a 'this was meant to be' kind of feeling. I have even at times felt like they are my other half and that we are one. But other times it feels a bit 'Soulmatey' too. Not sure exactly what to make of it all.

Hi Brett! I wanted to comment about your concern. Some planetary transits to your birth chart can also be powerful and feel like "magical" just for that short period of time, planetary transits can trigger that. So you better study the encounter date/week to see what it triggers on your own birth chart, if it's getting extraordinary positions. Back in December, my birth chart was getting very interesting powerful transits and alignments. Kurt it feels beautiful to follow Eckhart. However those surreal out of the world feelings don't last. The ego takes over again. It reminds me how he showed his disinterest in me, how he shows his dislike towards talking to me on meeting with me. The ego tells me I should give disrespect to those who disrespected me. I know he didn't purposefully disrespect. Ofcourse not. But when I pushed him, his resistance became even more disrespectful. When I listen to my soul, I feel an electric current running and washing over all of my body. When I listen to my ego - I feel defeated, rejected and betrayed. The ego also tells me - well if you continue on your soul path, there's no guarantee he will come back. So what will you get out of it? What should I do about my ego? Also, you asked to stop contact for 2 years. However, when I truly enter the soul state, the power of now state and let's say it's his birthday, the soul asks me to wish him. That goes against the no contact rule. How do I deal with this. Someone please tell me.

Literally 2 days! So appreciate you, Kurt! Totally get it now! He and I live on opposite coasts of the US. Met 2 months b4 he was scheduled to move west. It was pure hell for me. Almost 3yrs later, I finally understand now why, no matter what I did, I could not severe the cord and have always been the initiator for contact... so I searched and found your videos...started, Eckhart Tolle's, audio book, The Power of Now, then turned my focus inward in a powerful way and 2 days later, I receive a pic from him of him and his grandchildren with heart and kisses emojis with a promise to return east for some serious time together. We did it last summer and the experience for him was jolting. We stayed in touch but not with much content. Then tragedy struck in his family, not once but twice since then. I remained in touch, respecting his space. I've grown in unconditional love for this beautiful man ...I feel I've known him all my lives...and yet I know i must see him as my soul and not as this man, this person. I get it...its just a really big plus that he's a brilliant, successful, tall, handsome, body builder. Yay me!

I think that you should let people know that if they have dropped their ego and idea of themselves as a mind and their twin flame has not done that or is not at the same level Of spiritual development, attracting that twin flame Back into their lives is actually unhealthy because you Both are not on the same level. Yes they may be attached to you in some way on a spiritual level, but they can bring you down by being in your life. Let them stay away as long as possible and do as much work on themselves as possible. And if they never come back at all, It could actually really be a good thing!

A good example that I discover in myself is speaking English, and I decided to start learning Spanish. It's easier to tell that I'm not my kind because, without language, I can't have thoughts. I clicked on this because the video headline was about confirming if someone is your twin flame. That part seems to be about a sentence long and doesn’t apply to my situation. “If you do the spiritual work and your twin flame suddenly unblocks you and expresses their love for you, then you know.” The thing is he never blocked me. We’ve never been in a relationship because he was in a LTR since long before we met. We’re friends and have been friends the whole time. He knows I have feelings for him but I’m also his friend. Healing my soul seems like a good idea but I’m not sure how to verify he’s my twin. I guess it doesn’t matter that much in the grand scheme of things as long as I’m happy but I was hoping for a verification method I can use 😂 Maybe I’m just not supposed to know.

My TF? has blocked and unblocked so many times over 7 years that I’ve lost count . After listening to you I did notice the pattern that it’s always after months and months of agonizing pain that I finally decide to let go of him and just not give a damn if he comes back or not that he comes back . The last two times there was 8 month and 6 months time span . However, the problem is I fall right back into my addictive emotional conditioned patterns and there we are again he leaves , I mourn and die inside , fine I don’t give a damn , he comes back . Absolutely. You can feed anybody with your energy by thinking and focusing them. They feel this and use the comfort of this situation. When you pull your energy back by not thinking about them, they feel this in a soul level, need your energy and Come back to you to turn you on for thinking them againg obsessively.
