Why Understanding Ni is Vital for INFJs

This is a great video Ren. Yes Ni is the gift and challenge of an INFJ. Ni creates the misunderstandings and frustrations but can also be the source of great gifts. I feel very much myself that Ni is a challenge to society and can therefore see how an adaptive-submissive INFJ suppressed it, because trying to use it often makes us look stupid and can harm Fe as we are then opposing that we want on our side. Being an INFJ can literally ruin your happiness in life and make you an outsider. We know stuff, but struggle to explain it to others, which leads to lots of mental stress. I’m struggling at the moment in life in general and feeling so much sadness and anger at times. I often hate people and the world. People are often stupid and/or cold and shallow. MBTI helps understand all this, but it doesn’t change the reality of the dilemma. Life for an INFJ is not worth living imo unless we are appreciated for our talents, yet so many would fail to recognise those talents, and the crap SJ society with all its craziness makes it hard for us to manifest correctly.

The connection you make between Ni and platonic/christian idealism is one I have felt strongly. Se indeed seems to be a corrupting factor. The INFJ's social ambiversion, on the other hand, makes it impossible for them to go fully hermit. Hence the, it seems, unresolvable tension in their minds...

This is really helping me try and narrow down which INFJ I am. I know for a fact that I am not adaptive submissive, but I am in a weird inbetween of Solipsistic and Spiritualized. (Sol-pit? 🤔). Also, I feel like Ni and Se are forever in the booktrope of "Enemies to lovers." 😂. Se just seems to be the bane of my existence personally to me. Ni is not surpressed with me, nor is the Fe or Ti so I guess I'm doing something right. 🤷‍♂️ So here are some questions: 1) What function makes us be "perfectionist"? 2) Why is it that other types label us as stalkers? 3) What happens when a INFJ "becomes" an ESTP? (Our opposite personality.) 4) What would an INFJs overall "Love Language" be? Like always, great video Ren. Also Happy holidays.

Thank you , what a relief. I find that you are locating well the matter with your words! Very relatable here anyway 😊 Identified myself as the submissive adaptative. I know 3 someones who are/went/crossed over the other "subtype" can't recall that word hhhhh The individuation process is still on the go, as i still loose sight sometimes of my Ni because Fe gets the best of me. Can't describe the hell .. self doubt , overthinking , and those are not mere words. Among other things.. Contending :) Thank you as well for those 2 books , very appealing to say the least. I have no doubt that they will serve as a landmark to contend less for a good while hhhhhhhhh Take care

Why dont you search it yourself, or go to a beginner channel
