Thankyou very much! Especially for clarifying the cyclic nature of wounds and healing, otherwise there is so much of a sense of failure when old wounds keeps coming back again and again but they teach us about life, in deeper and deeper ways, just as you said, like an onion. Maybe we wouldn´t learn much if we didn´t have them. Speaking about grounding. One thing that helps me to ground myself or stabilise my nervous system is to hold my hands on my forehead for example, the other one on my heart or solarplexus, wherever I feel the need for it, or rub my hands together, sort of reconnect with my body, or perhaps to my inner child even. Parenting myself.

Why are INFJs like this? Ugh. I have a Pisces moon so my emotions feel as deep as the ocean 🌊 I’m much healthier now but I used to be a ball of anxiety and repression for most of my life in survival mode. Yoga, my cat and therapy has saved my life 💙

I love the book from Michael Singer; living unthethered. it explains very good who to deal with the world.

Hi. great video. thank you. I'm just wondering what constitutes "feeling stronger". What does "feeling stronger" feel like / look like? Thanx!
