This is a great video Jakob! Love the way you described about UX and how important it can be. I can personally see in the future the involvement of heavy AI in UX giving greater insights and also with the content also adapting in layout and content to suit the user's needs

The content is excellent, of course; Jakob is THE Jakob, after all. However, from a personal UX perspective, the NNGroup video director's practice of occasionally shooting from a slightly off-centre angle, while the speaker continues to look at the autocue, not the lens, is unpleasant and unnatural to me; I am so distracted by the effect that I stop listening while I adjust. You could have a synced second autocue on the second camera, and ask the speaker to turn to face it.
