My bags have a third mounting point. There's a rod that goes down and forward. What happens to that mounting point?

Our mounting hardware wasn't designed for a third mounting point. But so long as it doesn't block your bags from being securely mounted, it shouldn't be an issue.

When putting in the big washer on the inside, do you suggest putting a dab of silicone to prevent water entry?
