Jonas Vingegaard will be in the 2024 Tour de France and has returned stronger than ever to training. Our beloved Danish anchovy is already training in Mallorca, the land where Jan Ullrich became a legendary snow lover. However, while Tadej Pogacar is making history at the Giro d'Italia, the Rabobank team is cooking up a miraculous plan to win the 2024 Tour de France again: Copy some of the preparation of doped athletes like Mo Katir.

It's evolution rather than absurd allegations. Dopi g for long periods time is impossible Why would the team leaders risk jail time when they having great times getting the money from sponsors travelling being around young athletes. These are false unfounded accusations barely megal in my opinion.

I have been watching Grand Tours every year since about 1986. Yes, I know that Indurain and Armstrong walked the field but it seemed to me that many of those races were always a lot closer than the present Giro. Pogacar has completely destroyed the field day after day. He is now so far ahead that others are scrambling for only second place. This means no jeopardy and jeopardy is the lifeblood of any sport. This is the first time that I am seriously considering not watching any more. I do not understand how Pogacar is able to do what he has done day after day when other top riders finish spent but he looks as if he has been on a sunday ride. Nothing is proved of course but I just don't get it.

I live in Barcelona, never have I seen a sporting country so in denial as it is towards doping, from basketball to tennis, football to cycling, athletics to triathlon....whenever any of them are caught it is quickly forgotten and then in the case of Delgado and Contratroll they are given TV contracts and lauded by the media and dignatries... Take it from a former sports journalist, if you want to carry on believing the cliched and fabled patterns you laid out (food/tech/training/evolution) then go right ahead, however if you want to deny the evidence of your ears and eyes (as Orwell once said) then you have that right. What we are seeing are 2 races, one involving a guy in pink who has dominated since stage 1, and everyone else, two speeds and two realities. I can not help you if you can not see what I see, however or whatever way Pod and Team UAE are doing it then they have achieved it via methods unbeknown (at this moment) to the UCi, but we've all been here before. The clues are there from the doctors, former dopers, to chambers and places in the Sierra Nevada, it is all there but for you it is Lance style denial. Good luck thinking we live in a just world.

Skjelmose was 17 when he tested positive for doping in May 2018 while racing in juniors. You cant be 15 and ride regular UCI junior races, because the category is for 17,18 years old - U19 (and 16 if the first year junior was born for example in November). This season 2006 and 2007 class races as juniors.

Good stuff. I know no one here is into triathlon but you mentioned the Norwegians. After a positive drug test from an American who was training with the Norwegian federation. There was a separation between the federation and their best shot at another Olympic medal Kristina blumenfelt. The same federation that is responsible for his drug tests. 🧐

Bumblefeld was a fat overweight bloater in 2018 and dropped by almost all in the ITU swimbikejogathon. Interesting, 450w for 30 minutes at 2000m and after finish he is relaxed on the trainrer? This looks Armstrongian. It is sad. I like Pogi but a lot of this looks suspicious. Here we see photos from stage 16. It seems that he was going Z4 or something at least. But watch highlights of stage 17... he dropped everyone and literarily finished at Z2, while rest was going to the limit, 30s behind him... Crazy stuff.

Lance cracked in a big way on the stage to Morzine - 3rd week TdF 2000 & blamed his collapse on bonk. A TdF with lots of climbing action from Pantani, Heras, Ullrich etc Stage was won by a resurgent post-Festina Virenque. Very dramatic at the time but not enough to change the GC.

Yes, he's in Majorca. Cyclists, I know, said Jonus caught them up on the road, one of them (who is offensive) offended him and he (Jonus) pulled off the back of the group then disappeared. I don't blame Jonus for edging off the back ;) In Sierra Nevada, I got pulled off my bike by a pack of huge Estrela Shepherd dogs so I'm surprised riders go there. Feckin huge nasty dogs who look after the Goats up there; I only got away after luckily finding and shouting at the Shepherd. I'd be very wary in Sierra Nevada :p

If the entire peloton is all on the same shit It’s still going to be a matter of who is best. And right now there’s 2. They may have a better doping program than the rest but they’re ALL doping. With that in mind, it’s all fair game to me.
