Dahh!!!! Most people (esp. bikers and some car drivers) don't even know what high/low beam is. Till date, I've found that only truckers understand your problem if you signal them to switch to low beam. For others, the signal just doesn't work.

As a biker, whenever there is a car with high beam in opposite lane literally everything just fades in front of my eyes and i have to really slow down (to 20-25kmph) just to prevent my collision with something (mostly cows or dogs) as they are not easily recognized if there is one in dark roads with no street/highway lights. I generally used and request you to lower the beam (of light) whenever there is 2 or 4 wheeler in front . I do this even when I am driving my father's Altroz. I think this is proper and mature driving. Also many drivers do not lower their beam if we pass lights which is really scary situation. I had one close call in past 2 month so Just thought to share my views as this high beam is really bad for opposite lane drivers. And one more thing, there is enough light in low beam to ensure oncoming cars in slow speed. Please dont be offended just expressing my problem and my views

7:24 yes bro , you are correct. While using Low beam the driver comming from the opposite side dont know you are comming . Because he is blind. What the shit ideology is this. Use high beam only if it is necessary, which means if you are going on or about a speed of 80 kmph you can use high beam . At that speed if we are on low beam we cant see a obstacle on the road and there will be no reacting time due to the speed . While driving in the city we must use only low bems . Also if the driver comes from your opposite side gives you a flash , please use low beam till he crosses .

Recently I was coming via the Electronic city elevated expressway, I saw people stopped their cars on the expressway (like parking) when they shouldn't even slow down except if their is a traffic. I escaped one but unexpectedly found another one before me. The guy just before me averted the accident and coz of that I didn't see the parked car to react timely. I applied brakes with full force and stopped just inches before it. Only luck saved me. These guys should be seriously punished for such offense.
