*बाबा भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर के विचार* 1. इस्लाम एक बंद खिड़की की तरह है जो मुसलमानों और गैर-मुसलमानों के बीच भेद करता है। इस्लाम में जिस भाईचारे की बात की गई है वो मानवता का भाईचारा नहीं है बल्कि उसका मतलब सिर्फ मुसलमानों का मुसलमानों से भाईचारा है। मुसलमानों के भाईचारे का फायदा सिर्फ उनके अपने लोगों को ही मिलता है और जो गैर-मुस्लिम है उनके लिए इस्लाम में सिर्फ घृणा और शत्रुता ही है। मुसलमानो की वफादारी उस देश के लिए नहीं होती जिसमें वो रहते हैं। बल्कि उनकी वफादारी अपने धर्म के लिए होती है जिसका की वो पालन करते हैं। 2. जनसंख्या के तबादले का मजाक उड़ाने वाले को इन देशों (टर्की और रूस) की अल्पसंख्यकों की समस्या का अध्ययन करना चाहिए ताकि वो जान पाये कि अल्पसंख्यकों से जुड़ी समस्या का संरक्षण देने के ऐसे उपाय खोजने में लगे रहे जो इतने असुरक्षित पाए गए हैं। यदि ग्रीस, टर्की और बुल्गारिया जैसे सीमित साधनों वाले छोटे-छोटे देश भी यह काम पूरा कर चुके हैं तो ये मानने का कोई कारण नहीं है कि हिन्दुस्तानी ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। 3. ये बात स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए कि पाकिस्तान बनने के बाद भी हिन्दुस्तान सांप्रदायिक समस्या से मुक्त नहीं हो पाएगा। सीमाओं को बांट देने से पाकिस्तान तो एक मुस्लिम देश बन जाएगा लेकिन हिन्दुस्तान एक मिली-जुली आबादी का ही देश बना रहेगा। मुसलमान पूरे हिन्दुस्तान में बिखरे हुए हैं। इसलिए किसी भी तरह की सीमाएं बनाने से हिन्दुस्तान एक ही धर्म का देश नहीं बन पाएगा। हिन्दुस्तान को एक ही धर्म का देश बनाने का एकमात्र तरीका यही है कि जनसंख्या की अदला-बदली की जाए। जब तक ऐसा नहीं किया जाएगा, हिन्दुस्तान में बहुसंख्यक यानि हिन्दू और अल्पसंख्यक यानि मुस्लिमों के बीच समस्या बनी रहेगी। 4. तथ्य ये है कि भारत, चाहें एक मात्र मुस्लिम शासन के अधीन न हो, दार-उल-हर्व (यानि जहां इस्लाम का शासन नहीं) है। और इस्लामी सिद्धांतों के अनुसार मुसलमानों द्वारा जेहाद की घोषणा करना न्यायसंगत हैं। वे जिहाद की घोषणा ही नहीं कर सकते, बल्कि उसकी कामयाबी के लिए विदेशी मुस्लिम शक्ति यानि किसी मुस्लिम देश की मदद भी ले सकते हैं, और यदि कोई मुस्लिम देश जेहाद की घोषणा करना चाहता है तो उसकी सफलता के लिए भारत के मुसलमान उसे मदद भी दे सकता है। 5. हिन्दुओं से नियंत्रित और शासित सरकार की सत्ता मुसलमानों को किस सीमा तक स्वीकार होगी इसके लिए ज्यादा माथापच्ची करने की जरूरत नहीं है। मुसलमानो के लिए हिन्दू काफिर है और उनकी कोई सामाजिक स्थिति यानि हैसियत नहीं है। इसलिए जिस देश में काफिरों का शासन हो, वो देश मुसलमानों के लिए दारुल-हर्व है। ऐसी स्थिति में ये साबित करने के लिए सबूत देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि मुसलमानों के अंदर हिन्दू सरकार के शासन को स्वीकार करने की इच्छा शक्ति मौजूद ही नहीं है। जब ख़िलाफत आंदोलन के दौरान मुसलमानों की मदद के लिए हिन्दू काफी कुछ कर रहे थे तब भी मुसलमान ये नहीं भूलें कि उनकी तुलना में हिन्दू निम्न और घटिया कौम है। Video 👉kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6qZk4WlgKiYqtk

Mr Ambedkar was very clear in his mind that Muslims are never Indians.Even after death they wish to be buried in Mecca.He wrote about a great muslim leader who wished buried not in India but in Mecca.I don't have that statement of Ambedkar with me to support it but since you are journalist you yourself should have it. Hindurashtra will never be. But you must know that had Pakistan not been made as per Divine plan present India would definitely been an Islamic State by now. Arfa जी बाबा ने कथित धर्म निरपेक्ष राष्ट्र भी नही बनाया था। 1976 मे सविधान मे sansodhann कर पंथ निरपेक्ष जोडा ग या। Amdedaker जी का 30% सविधान तो आज भी मुस्लिमो पर लागू नही होता। जेहादी सबसे बड़े अमबेडकर वादी बनने लगे है।

This was because Indian muslim league wanted a separate muslim country of their own after independence and said that they cannot live with hindus..... ! But those who scoff can hardly be aware of the complications, which a minority problem gives rise to and the failures attendant upon almost all the efforts made to protect them. The constitutions of the post-war states, as well as of the older states in Europe which had a minority problem, proceeded on the assumption that constitutional safeguards for minorities should suffice for their protection and so the constitutions of most of the new states with majorities and minorities were studded with long lists of fundamental rights and safeguards to see that they were not violated by the majorities. What was the experience ? Experience showed that safeguards did not save the minorities. Experience showed that even a ruthless war on the minorities did not solve the problem. The states then agreed that the best way to solve it was for each to exchange its alien minorities within its border, for its own which was without its border, with a view to bring about homogeneous States. This is what happened in Turky, Greece and Bulgaria. Those, who scoff at the idea of transfer of population, will do well to study the history of the minority problem, as it arose between Turky, Greece and Bulgaria. If they do, they will find that these countries found that the only effective way of solving the minorities problem lay in exchange of population. The task undertaken by the three countries was by no means a minor operation. It involved the transfer of some 20 million people from one habitat to another. But undaunted, the three shouldered the task and carried it to a successful end because they felt that the considerations of communal peace must outweigh every other consideration. That the transfer of minorities is the only lasting remedy for communal peace is beyond doubt. If that is so, there is no reason why the Hindus and the Muslims should keep on trading in safeguards which have proved so unsafe. If small countries, with limited resources like Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria, were capable of such an undertaking, there is no reason to suppose that what they did cannot be accomplished by Indians. After all, the population involved is inconsiderable and because some obstacles require to be removed, it would be the height of folly to give up so sure a way to communal peace. There is one point of criticism to which no reference has been made so far. As it is likely to be urged, I propose to deal with it here. It is sure to be asked, how will Pakistan affect the position of the Muslims that will be left in Hindustan ? The question is natural because the scheme of Pakistan does seem to concern itself with the Muslim majorities who do not need protection arid abandons the Muslim minorities who do. But the point is : who can raise it ? Surely not the Hindus. Only the Muslims of Pakistan or the Muslims of Hindustan can raise it. The question was put to Mr. Rehmat Ali, the protagonist of Pakistan and this is the answer given by him :- "How will it affect the position of the forty five million Muslims in Hindustan proper ? " The truth is that in this struggle their thought has been more than a wrench to me. They are the flesh of our flesh and the soul of our soul. We can never forget them ; nor they, us. Their present position and future security is, and shall ever be, a mailer of great importance to us. As things are at present, Pakistan will not adversely affect their position in Hindustan. On the basis of population (one Muslim to four Hindus), they will still be entitled to the same representation in legislative as well as administrative fields which they possess now. As to the future, the only effective guarantee we can offer is that of reciprocity, and, therefore, we solemnly undertake to give all those safeguards to non-Muslim minorities in Pakistan which will be conceded to our Muslim minority in Hindustan. " But what sustains us most is the fact that they know we are proclaiming Pakistan in the highest interest of the’ Millet’. It is as much theirs as it is ours. While for us it is a national citadel, for them it will ever be a moral anchor. So long as the anchor holds, everything is or can be made safe. But once it gives way, all will be lost ". The answer given by the Muslims of Hindustan is equally clear. They say, " We are not weakened by the separation of Muslims into Pakistan and Hindustan. We are better protected by the existence of separate Islamic States on the Eastern and Western borders of Hindustan than we are by their submersion in Hindustan. " Who can say that they are wrong ? Has it not been shown that Germany as an outside state was better able to protect the Sudeten Germans in Czechoslovakia than the Sudetens were able to do themselves ? 41[f.41] Be that as it may, the question does not concern the Hindus. The question that concerns the Hindus is : How far does the creation of Pakistan remove the communal question from Hindustan ? That is a very legitimate question and must be considered. It must be admitted that by the creation of Pakistan, Hindustan is not freed of the communal question. While Pakistan can be made a homogeneous state by redrawing its boundaries, Hindustan must remain a composite state. The Musalmans are scattered all over Hindustan-though they are mostly congregated in towns-and no ingenuity in the matter of redrawing of boundaries can make it homogeneous. The only way to make Hindustan homogeneous is to arrange for exchange of population. Until that is done, it must be admitted that even with the creation of Pakistan, the problem of majority vs. minority will remain in Hindustan as before and will continue to produce disharmony in the body politic of Hindustan. *बाबा भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर के विचार* 1. इस्लाम एक बंद खिड़की की तरह है जो मुसलमानों और गैर-मुसलमानों के बीच भेद करता है। इस्लाम में जिस भाईचारे की बात की गई है वो मानवता का भाईचारा नहीं है बल्कि उसका मतलब सिर्फ मुसलमानों का मुसलमानों से भाईचारा है। मुसलमानों के भाईचारे का फायदा सिर्फ उनके अपने लोगों को ही मिलता है और जो गैर-मुस्लिम है उनके लिए इस्लाम में सिर्फ घृणा और शत्रुता ही है। मुसलमानो की वफादारी उस देश के लिए नहीं होती जिसमें वो रहते हैं। बल्कि उनकी वफादारी अपने धर्म के लिए होती है जिसका की वो पालन करते हैं। 2. जनसंख्या के तबादले का मजाक उड़ाने वाले को इन देशों (टर्की और रूस) की अल्पसंख्यकों की समस्या का अध्ययन करना चाहिए ताकि वो जान पाये कि अल्पसंख्यकों से जुड़ी समस्या का संरक्षण देने के ऐसे उपाय खोजने में लगे रहे जो इतने असुरक्षित पाए गए हैं। यदि ग्रीस, टर्की और बुल्गारिया जैसे सीमित साधनों वाले छोटे-छोटे देश भी यह काम पूरा कर चुके हैं तो ये मानने का कोई कारण नहीं है कि हिन्दुस्तानी ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। 3. ये बात स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए कि पाकिस्तान बनने के बाद भी हिन्दुस्तान सांप्रदायिक समस्या से मुक्त नहीं हो पाएगा। सीमाओं को बांट देने से पाकिस्तान तो एक मुस्लिम देश बन जाएगा लेकिन हिन्दुस्तान एक मिली-जुली आबादी का ही देश बना रहेगा। मुसलमान पूरे हिन्दुस्तान में बिखरे हुए हैं। इसलिए किसी भी तरह की सीमाएं बनाने से हिन्दुस्तान एक ही धर्म का देश नहीं बन पाएगा। हिन्दुस्तान को एक ही धर्म का देश बनाने का एकमात्र तरीका यही है कि जनसंख्या की अदला-बदली की जाए। जब तक ऐसा नहीं किया जाएगा, हिन्दुस्तान में बहुसंख्यक यानि हिन्दू और अल्पसंख्यक यानि मुस्लिमों के बीच समस्या बनी रहेगी। 4. तथ्य ये है कि भारत, चाहें एक मात्र मुस्लिम शासन के अधीन न हो, दार-उल-हर्व (यानि जहां इस्लाम का शासन नहीं) है। और इस्लामी सिद्धांतों के अनुसार मुसलमानों द्वारा जेहाद की घोषणा करना न्यायसंगत हैं। वे जिहाद की घोषणा ही नहीं कर सकते, बल्कि उसकी कामयाबी के लिए विदेशी मुस्लिम शक्ति यानि किसी मुस्लिम देश की मदद भी ले सकते हैं, और यदि कोई मुस्लिम देश जेहाद की घोषणा करना चाहता है तो उसकी सफलता के लिए भारत के मुसलमान उसे मदद भी दे सकता है। 5. हिन्दुओं से नियंत्रित और शासित सरकार की सत्ता मुसलमानों को किस सीमा तक स्वीकार होगी इसके लिए ज्यादा माथापच्ची करने की जरूरत नहीं है। मुसलमानो के लिए हिन्दू काफिर है और उनकी कोई सामाजिक स्थिति यानि हैसियत नहीं है। इसलिए जिस देश में काफिरों का शासन हो, वो देश मुसलमानों के लिए दारुल-हर्व है। ऐसी स्थिति में ये साबित करने के लिए सबूत देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि मुसलमानों के अंदर हिन्दू सरकार के शासन को स्वीकार करने की इच्छा शक्ति मौजूद ही नहीं है। जब ख़िलाफत आंदोलन के दौरान मुसलमानों की मदद के लिए हिन्दू काफी कुछ कर रहे थे तब भी मुसलमान ये नहीं भूलें कि उनकी तुलना में हिन्दू निम्न और घटिया कौम है। Video 👉kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6qZk4WlgKiYqtk

*बाबा भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर के विचार* 1. इस्लाम एक बंद खिड़की की तरह है जो मुसलमानों और गैर-मुसलमानों के बीच भेद करता है। इस्लाम में जिस भाईचारे की बात की गई है वो मानवता का भाईचारा नहीं है बल्कि उसका मतलब सिर्फ मुसलमानों का मुसलमानों से भाईचारा है। मुसलमानों के भाईचारे का फायदा सिर्फ उनके अपने लोगों को ही मिलता है और जो गैर-मुस्लिम है उनके लिए इस्लाम में सिर्फ घृणा और शत्रुता ही है। मुसलमानो की वफादारी उस देश के लिए नहीं होती जिसमें वो रहते हैं। बल्कि उनकी वफादारी अपने धर्म के लिए होती है जिसका की वो पालन करते हैं। 2. जनसंख्या के तबादले का मजाक उड़ाने वाले को इन देशों (टर्की और रूस) की अल्पसंख्यकों की समस्या का अध्ययन करना चाहिए ताकि वो जान पाये कि अल्पसंख्यकों से जुड़ी समस्या का संरक्षण देने के ऐसे उपाय खोजने में लगे रहे जो इतने असुरक्षित पाए गए हैं। यदि ग्रीस, टर्की और बुल्गारिया जैसे सीमित साधनों वाले छोटे-छोटे देश भी यह काम पूरा कर चुके हैं तो ये मानने का कोई कारण नहीं है कि हिन्दुस्तानी ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। 3. ये बात स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए कि पाकिस्तान बनने के बाद भी हिन्दुस्तान सांप्रदायिक समस्या से मुक्त नहीं हो पाएगा। सीमाओं को बांट देने से पाकिस्तान तो एक मुस्लिम देश बन जाएगा लेकिन हिन्दुस्तान एक मिली-जुली आबादी का ही देश बना रहेगा। मुसलमान पूरे हिन्दुस्तान में बिखरे हुए हैं। इसलिए किसी भी तरह की सीमाएं बनाने से हिन्दुस्तान एक ही धर्म का देश नहीं बन पाएगा। हिन्दुस्तान को एक ही धर्म का देश बनाने का एकमात्र तरीका यही है कि जनसंख्या की अदला-बदली की जाए। जब तक ऐसा नहीं किया जाएगा, हिन्दुस्तान में बहुसंख्यक यानि हिन्दू और अल्पसंख्यक यानि मुस्लिमों के बीच समस्या बनी रहेगी। 4. तथ्य ये है कि भारत, चाहें एक मात्र मुस्लिम शासन के अधीन न हो, दार-उल-हर्व (यानि जहां इस्लाम का शासन नहीं) है। और इस्लामी सिद्धांतों के अनुसार मुसलमानों द्वारा जेहाद की घोषणा करना न्यायसंगत हैं। वे जिहाद की घोषणा ही नहीं कर सकते, बल्कि उसकी कामयाबी के लिए विदेशी मुस्लिम शक्ति यानि किसी मुस्लिम देश की मदद भी ले सकते हैं, और यदि कोई मुस्लिम देश जेहाद की घोषणा करना चाहता है तो उसकी सफलता के लिए भारत के मुसलमान उसे मदद भी दे सकता है। 5. हिन्दुओं से नियंत्रित और शासित सरकार की सत्ता मुसलमानों को किस सीमा तक स्वीकार होगी इसके लिए ज्यादा माथापच्ची करने की जरूरत नहीं है। मुसलमानो के लिए हिन्दू काफिर है और उनकी कोई सामाजिक स्थिति यानि हैसियत नहीं है। इसलिए जिस देश में काफिरों का शासन हो, वो देश मुसलमानों के लिए दारुल-हर्व है। ऐसी स्थिति में ये साबित करने के लिए सबूत देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि मुसलमानों के अंदर हिन्दू सरकार के शासन को स्वीकार करने की इच्छा शक्ति मौजूद ही नहीं है। जब ख़िलाफत आंदोलन के दौरान मुसलमानों की मदद के लिए हिन्दू काफी कुछ कर रहे थे तब भी मुसलमान ये नहीं भूलें कि उनकी तुलना में हिन्दू निम्न और घटिया कौम है। Video 👉kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6qZk4WlgKiYqtk

अंबेडकर ने नेहरू कैबिनेट से इस्तीफा क्यों दिया था। अंबेडकर uniform code Bill लाना चाहते थे। पर नेहरू ने ऐसा नहीं किया, तब अंबेडकर ने इस्तीफा दे दिया।

भाई जी आप अपने को अपडेट करिए डॉक्टर अंबेडकर ने यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड के लिए इस्तीफा नहीं दिया था बल्कि हिंदू कोड बिल लागू ना होने के कारण इस्तीफा दिया था और हिंदू कोड बिल का पूरे देश में हिन्दूओ के द्वारा विरोध होने के कारण जिससे सभी हिंदू मां बहने जो अमानवीय जीवन जी रही थी को सम्मान ना मिले इसका विरोध सभी हिंदूओ ने किया था आज अगर पूरे देश की हिंदू मां बहनों को सम्मान प्राप्त है वह डॉक्टर अंबेडकर के देन क्योंकि उन्होंने इसे लागू करने के लिए अपने पद से इस्तीफा देना पड़ा

@@Neeraj_PhilosophyVibes आप पहले पूरी जानकारी रखिए। अंबेडकर ने uniform civil code का मसूदा तैयार किया था। नेहरू ने इसे माना कर दिया। तब अंबेडकर ने कहा को कम से कम hindu कोड bill लागू हो। नेहरू ने इसे 4 पार्ट्स में बाट कर लाया। Hindu marriage act, 1955 Hindu succession act,1956 amended in 2005. Hindu guardianship act 1956. Hindu adoption and mentance act 1956. And yes Muslim law is still acting on shariat act ,1937 पूरी जानकारी रखिए।

*बाबा भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर के विचार* 1. इस्लाम एक बंद खिड़की की तरह है जो मुसलमानों और गैर-मुसलमानों के बीच भेद करता है। इस्लाम में जिस भाईचारे की बात की गई है वो मानवता का भाईचारा नहीं है बल्कि उसका मतलब सिर्फ मुसलमानों का मुसलमानों से भाईचारा है। मुसलमानों के भाईचारे का फायदा सिर्फ उनके अपने लोगों को ही मिलता है और जो गैर-मुस्लिम है उनके लिए इस्लाम में सिर्फ घृणा और शत्रुता ही है। मुसलमानो की वफादारी उस देश के लिए नहीं होती जिसमें वो रहते हैं। बल्कि उनकी वफादारी अपने धर्म के लिए होती है जिसका की वो पालन करते हैं। 2. जनसंख्या के तबादले का मजाक उड़ाने वाले को इन देशों (टर्की और रूस) की अल्पसंख्यकों की समस्या का अध्ययन करना चाहिए ताकि वो जान पाये कि अल्पसंख्यकों से जुड़ी समस्या का संरक्षण देने के ऐसे उपाय खोजने में लगे रहे जो इतने असुरक्षित पाए गए हैं। यदि ग्रीस, टर्की और बुल्गारिया जैसे सीमित साधनों वाले छोटे-छोटे देश भी यह काम पूरा कर चुके हैं तो ये मानने का कोई कारण नहीं है कि हिन्दुस्तानी ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। 3. ये बात स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए कि पाकिस्तान बनने के बाद भी हिन्दुस्तान सांप्रदायिक समस्या से मुक्त नहीं हो पाएगा। सीमाओं को बांट देने से पाकिस्तान तो एक मुस्लिम देश बन जाएगा लेकिन हिन्दुस्तान एक मिली-जुली आबादी का ही देश बना रहेगा। मुसलमान पूरे हिन्दुस्तान में बिखरे हुए हैं। इसलिए किसी भी तरह की सीमाएं बनाने से हिन्दुस्तान एक ही धर्म का देश नहीं बन पाएगा। हिन्दुस्तान को एक ही धर्म का देश बनाने का एकमात्र तरीका यही है कि जनसंख्या की अदला-बदली की जाए। जब तक ऐसा नहीं किया जाएगा, हिन्दुस्तान में बहुसंख्यक यानि हिन्दू और अल्पसंख्यक यानि मुस्लिमों के बीच समस्या बनी रहेगी। 4. तथ्य ये है कि भारत, चाहें एक मात्र मुस्लिम शासन के अधीन न हो, दार-उल-हर्व (यानि जहां इस्लाम का शासन नहीं) है। और इस्लामी सिद्धांतों के अनुसार मुसलमानों द्वारा जेहाद की घोषणा करना न्यायसंगत हैं। वे जिहाद की घोषणा ही नहीं कर सकते, बल्कि उसकी कामयाबी के लिए विदेशी मुस्लिम शक्ति यानि किसी मुस्लिम देश की मदद भी ले सकते हैं, और यदि कोई मुस्लिम देश जेहाद की घोषणा करना चाहता है तो उसकी सफलता के लिए भारत के मुसलमान उसे मदद भी दे सकता है। 5. हिन्दुओं से नियंत्रित और शासित सरकार की सत्ता मुसलमानों को किस सीमा तक स्वीकार होगी इसके लिए ज्यादा माथापच्ची करने की जरूरत नहीं है। मुसलमानो के लिए हिन्दू काफिर है और उनकी कोई सामाजिक स्थिति यानि हैसियत नहीं है। इसलिए जिस देश में काफिरों का शासन हो, वो देश मुसलमानों के लिए दारुल-हर्व है। ऐसी स्थिति में ये साबित करने के लिए सबूत देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि मुसलमानों के अंदर हिन्दू सरकार के शासन को स्वीकार करने की इच्छा शक्ति मौजूद ही नहीं है। जब ख़िलाफत आंदोलन के दौरान मुसलमानों की मदद के लिए हिन्दू काफी कुछ कर रहे थे तब भी मुसलमान ये नहीं भूलें कि उनकी तुलना में हिन्दू निम्न और घटिया कौम है। Video 👉kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6qZk4WlgKiYqtk
