I like Ms Dutta as an actor and have always wished her well. One thing I fail to understand is the obsequiousness towards celebrities? I can understand hero worship up to a point, but this elevation to almost divinity is mind boggling. Salman Khan is a celebrity despite being an average performer; he is extremely wealthy and obviously has a lot of influence. But is power all that we admire and value? Can't we hold on to our dignity and not gush over powerful people?
