Firstly, that story that some Israeli girl made fun of his parents not only hasn't been confirmed as it had nothing to do with the incident that led to his disqualification. EBU officially stated that the issue had nothing to do with other delegations, but rather with a member of the production crew. Secondly. Leaving Israel out would actually be unfair Russia invaded Georgia and Crimea in 2008 and 2014 respectively and still participated. Azerbaijan is an ongoing conflict with Armenia and is still participating. So why would be different with israel? Also, Russia was banned from EBU (not esc per se) because they werent fulfilling their obligations to EBU. Israel on the other hand has fulfill them so far.
