DFW resident here, retired military, see ya in a few years!!!! Job too good to walk away right now, but like you said stuff happens. From our Air B&B visits we love it. Grew up in Va, so miss the trees and green a lot. We got married in Gavin Gardens, and neither of us have any tire whatsoever to Arkansas, but when we came up there on an adventure we were blown away at the venue and fell in love with Arkansas.

Funny you, well honey, you get along with New Yorkers? Because we have them here. Heck people come from everywhere, good people here, bad too. Yes you can own your land, it's hot, got snakes, bugs, bears, an big cats. I love it, been all over the World, always came Home.

HSV is one of the worst places to be. Old people that complain all the time. As a matter of fact any place in Arkansas is bad.

Nah I bought last year I'm glad I chose not to live in the village. Hot Springs turned out to be the better choice
