I adore Manchester: I moved here in 2017 from the south west and it feels like home to me. I went away for uni and back now working at MRI. I have been telling my husband about photo and film properties for so long. In Prague there is even satellite village where they shoot majority of commercials done there. There is a house near us which is incredible and there is constantly a crew filming or shooting. I am sure it will do so well and plus you can charge so much more than regular rent and use it yourself. All the best with it.

I spent the first few minutes absolutely begging you to look at the other corner of the mattress, to see that they were dual sprung 😂 They can actually make them that way, it's great for people who are very different shapes/sizes but the downside is that unless you can flip the mattress end to end you will have to rotate and then your half ends up on the wrong side of the bed. A photo location sounds amazing but I hope you get plenty of use out of it for visits as well x
